This golden IPA has a distinctly fruity aroma and a very fruity palette. Slight hints of malt follow afterwards, but then the fruit returns! A not so bitter beer that uses Cascade hops in abundance to deliver its character.
A traditional British blonde ale cut from the cloth of all the pale cask beers that we love. We've used a combination of First Gold, Goldings and EKG hops to bring notes of marmalade, hedgerows and pith balanced out against a sweeter malt bill. Fermented slightly warmer using S-04 to bring forward some of those traditional cask ale aromas. This an ode to traditional British beer and ingredients. Vegan friendly.
