Pale ale brewed with masses of wheat and oats then dry hopped with Azzaca and Mosaic hops.
A delicious amber ale. Tradition with a twist! Good up front bitterness gives way to a modern style hoppy finish from the use of Cascade and Goldings. A final flourish from a modest dry hopping with Chinook hops.
This is a lovely full bodied session pale ale brewed with lots of oats and multiple hop additions. Hops: Olicana, Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon.
A smooth, rich yet easy drinking stout with its feet firmly rooted in the smoked beer traditions of Germany.
After 3 months and 37 experiments, this Stout has what we consider to be the perfect ratio of Peanut Butter, Lactose, and Biscuit. A massive hit of roasted peanuts and biscuit on the nose, followed by a silky-smooth mouthfeel, and a sweet CRUNCH as it goes down. Contains lactose and nuts.
Pale ale with Strata and Azacca. Vegan friendly.
We’ve brought what we feel are three of the most potent varietals in use here at the brewery today and decided to up the intensity to just shy of twice as much - not so much as to absolutely fry people’s palates, but enough to bring an absolute punchbowl of flavour to the party. El Dorado leads the way in this IPA with mango and pear, before Galaxy brings even more high-intensity tropical notes, before a final lashing of Bru-1 serves a flourish of sticky marmalade to finish.
Pale ale hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic.
Unfiltered crisp craft Pilsner.
Some of the apple varieties in Black Bart are Kingston Blacks - a vintage cider apple. The cider is part matured in rum barrels giving a sweet subtle oak and vanilla flavour.
A traditional cloudy cider, with a rich rosy colour. This cider has been packed full of apples to really allow the taste to come through.

Refreshingly honest pale ale. There are times when you just want an easy drinking beer. It's light, a little hoppy with floral undertones and very quaffable, perfect for setting the world to rights with friends.
Strong dark and dry stout with a smooth spicy finish thanks to a subtle addition of Szechuan peppercorns. Hops used are Bramling Cross and Polish Magnum.

A clean, dry hopped pale ale with citrus tones, grapefruit hoppiness, and a smooth bitter finish. A classic modern session beer with a good bitterness and the herbaceous character of the American Chinook hop added both during the boil and after fermentation.
A session IPA. The biscuit base overflow with waves of pithy orange and pineapple flavour from our favourite hops. Vegan friendly.
Dry cider made from a blend of 69 different apple varieties pressed on the farm in Llandegla North Wales. It is a full-juice cider which means it hasn't been diluted and it hasn't had concentrate added to it. So the ABV is 'Robust'. The cider is made and matured in stainless steel vessels which help lock-in and retain the clean, great appley taste.
