A real fruity oak cask blend, featuring a combination of 2019 season Major, Ball's Bittersweet and Somerset Redstreak barrels, blended with some 2017 Foxwhelp. Each different bittersweet bringing layered tannins that give this cider complexity and depth, whilst the Foxwhelp serves to add its classic punchiness and kick that cuts through the vanilla and butteryness of the bourbon cask. A complete cider!
