A strong, pale ale brewed with heaps of assertive American hops to give aromas of resinous pine and juicy citrus. We’re not monkeying around here – we use 3.5lbs of whole hops for every barrel we brew, to guarantee an intense hit of flavour and aromas.
A drinkable, tawny coloured ale, with a light hoppiness in the aroma. It has a good balance of malt and bitterness in the mouth, underscored by fruitiness, with a clean, hoppy aftertaste.
As our 2021 series comes to its end, we finish with an absolute banger... Mosaic. This hugely popular gem is the 2nd most utilised hop here at QB, and here it is in all its glory. This hop flaunts immense hits of mango and passion fruit with hints of blueberry. Pure liquid goodness.
We've swapped out blackcurrant for ripe, juicy raspberry in our take on the Kir Royale cocktail. White grape and end of season raspberries combine with our house-mixed culture resulting in a jammy, spritzy delight.
For this special single hopped pale we've used our smooth house pale ale malt base, a fruity IPA yeast along with bundles of Fresh Frozen Azacca hops in the boil and a healthy dose of Azacca T90 for the dry hop. Altogether results in a bright and refreshing pale with flavours of mango, tropical fruit and citrus.
A double IPA brewed using a blend of malted barley, wheat and oats and hopped with a stunning combination of Comet, Summit, Mosaic and Ekuanot hops at 3kg per barrel. Full of citrus, grapefruit and pine flavours. A collaborative brew with Southbank Investment Research in cynical tribute to the money printing measures implemented by central bankers to "ease" the financial system, resulting in market giddiness.
There are craft beers and there’s Bohemia craft beer. Brewed for the beatniks, created against convention, made by mavericks. A bold, crisp and refreshing lager with a style of its own. Prized Noble hops provide distinct spicy, earthy and floral notes with a smooth bitterness.
Anemoia, a term to describe a nostalgia for a time you’ve never experienced, has us honouring the robust dark beers of yesteryear that forged our formative drinking years. Letting the malt bill do the talking here with zero dry-hops, we’ve brought roasted barley, dark crystal, chocolate and brown malts to impart a whole host of rich coffee, dark chocolate and molasses to compliment just a whisper of bitterness thanks to our use of Centennial in the whirlpool.
We have blended our Somerset cider with an explosion of tropical fruits. Pink grapefruit, pineapple, mango and lime all combine to make this a succulent thirst quencher. Perfect for drinking on the beach and making you feel closer to the Caribbean with every sip.
We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.
Sweet cider infused with tart raspberry rippled through with vanilla.
A soft and easy drinking cider, made primarily with the mild, gentle and fruity apple Michelin with which we have blended Sweet Coppin and Browns Apple. The combination produces a quaffable and refreshing cider, perfect for summertime.
A fifty-fifty blend of Foxwhelp, an intense bittersharp, with Dabinett, a gripping bittersweet. The cider is resolute and bold, with high acidity and fruitiness that melds into a lingering finish full of tannin and astringency. Much higher in sharpness than our usual ciders.
Refreshing medium cider with a smooth and well balanced flavour.
Somerset cider bursting with berry scrumptiousness. Crafted with the most sublime cherries & berries, this mouth-watering cider is sweet with a soft underlying berry flavour and bold cherry notes.
Golden medium cider with a refreshing apple aroma. Smooth balanced flavour that has a fresh, crisp sharpness.
The legendary Black Dragon! This cider now has quite a following amongst the most descerning cider drinkers. It is rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh, fruity aroma.
A true traditional farmhouse dry cider made in homage to our friends on the home farm in Wales.
An infinitely satisfying golden ale brewed with ‘Citra’ hops from the USA. We brewed this to celebrate the famous ‘Infinite Monkey Theorem’. If you don’t know what that is… Google it!
Crispy yet soft session IPA with Mosaic and Simcoe hops.
