A pale gold, complex ale, brewed using freshly harvested nettles and honey collected from hives in Low Bradfield. The nettles provide distinct herbal notes, paired with pine aromas from UK Chinook hops, whilst the honey gives a smooth finish.
Session IPA, with the same haze and soft mouth feel as the New England pale, but with it all taken down a notch. Nelson Sauvin, a Kiwi hop varietal brings all the fruit juice but with a noticeable white wine hit as well, with Amarillo contributing a big load of orange along with some stone fruit and melon. Vegan friendly.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
A straw coloured oat pale ale. Brewed with a variety of British New World style hops, offering a tropical and citrus fruit aroma and flavours. The addition of oats gives the beer an enhanced body and smooth finish.
A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
