A long-time favourite for Thornbridge drinkers, and one of our earliest recipes, Brother Rabbit is our core golden ale offering in cask. This session IPA is heavily hopped with Citra and Chinook, producing huge tropical and citrus notes, carried by a soft, velvety malt base of pale malt and torrefied wheat. Respire is bright and incredibly drinkable, making it perfect for the pub garden as summer rolls around.
With its chocolate-toffee malt flavour, moderate bitterness and distinctively fruity character, this is a ruby-red-glowing, full-bodied and well balanced ale.

This is a blend of this cider-maker's award-winning perry and Katy cider, resulting in a smooth, wine-like pear flavour, balanced with a crisp apple bite.
Using the finest Maris Otter malting barley and aromatic Fuggles hops, delicious, fruity Cascade and Amarillo hops and, of course, purest Mendip spring water. A distinctive, clean tasting pale ale with a smooth, citrus twist. A bold, standout beer that's one of a kind.
