A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
The original Hawkstone Lager. Bold, yet balanced, with a smooth body and top notes of light citrus complemented by a subtle, crisp bitterness and malty backbone. Setting the standard for a British Premium Lager.

A tribute to Mount Hood, the very first hop variety we used back in 1993 and a pumped up, double hopped version of our first beer - Jeffrey Hudson Bitter. Mount Hood’s mild herbal and floral notes, lemon citrus fruit and light honey sweetness lead on to a refreshingly bitter finish in this very special celebration ale. Hops: US Mount Hood and UK Challenger.
Our distinctive American pale ale is full of big hop character but without the strong bitterness. Carefully selected American hops are added continuously during the boil and also during conditioning (dry hopping) to give a really fresh aromatic boost. This beer is mainly about hops but we have given it a malt backbone to balance the beautiful tropical fruit aromas.
