With a palate that is fresh, piercing and focused, complemented by soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours. A strong focus of taut, lemony, grapefruit on the finish which is balanced by a dry bitterness. Hops: Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot.
A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Super crushable pale brewed with some of our favourite fruit filled hops on a bed of pale, Vienna malt and flaked oats for a smooth base.

Medium-sweet, cloudy, and slowly matured still cider made from freshly pressed apples, paired with a refreshing infusion of rhubarb juice. The well balanced, fruity taste and tart finish provides a deliciously moreish cider.
Using the fresh pressed juice from apples picked locally, our master cider makers ferment with champagne yeast and mature the cider for up to 6 months, before cold-filtering to create a 5% medium dry cider that’s full of flavour and character. Never from concentrate, never pasteurised.
Made with Herefordshire red apples, Inch's is a lightly sparkling cider with a fresh apple aroma. It is a medium apple cider which means every drop is crafted to be perfectly balanced between sweet and dry for great tasting refreshment. We make it using 100% British apples, grown within 40 miles from our Hereford mill.
