Pale Belgian Abbaye style beer.

A revised recipe brewed exclusively for Christmas 2018. This well balanced pale golden ale is heavily hopped with American hops to give generous zesty lemon flavours and an abundance of tropical fruit aromas.

A best bitter brewed with the rare Bramling Cross hop for soft fruit aroma and taste. The satisfying bitterness is balanced by sweet toffee/caramel from the crystal malt. Hops: Goldings, Pilgrim, Bramling Cross and Target.

A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

Warming, malty and fruity. Pale and amber malts contribute to a mouth filling and satisfying 'Horlicks' and biscuity maltiness. Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Fermented slowly to give just enough fruity esters providing a complex, satisfying and warming experience.

The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.

A rich, smooth and wonderfully balanced beer, its distinctive malty base is complemented by a well-developed hop character, from adding Target, Challenger and Northdown varieties to the brew.

English-hopped, rich ruby ale.

A dark and delicious, full bodied beer, with fruity esters, malted toffee flavours and a crisp bitter finish. Hops: First Gold, Pilgrim and Challenger.

This distinct ruby beer’s sweet caramel and fruity aromas tease the taste buds. Brewed with smooth and rich chocolate and crystal malts and a blend of Fuggles and Styrian Golding hops. Expect a delicious full-bodied toffee flavour and a fruity finish of figs, raisins and dates.

A rich selection of roasted malts combined with the English hop Ernest, chosen for its fruity and spiced qualities. Plum essence has been added to the mix for this most inviting of Christmas beers. Our darkest one yet.

This deep amber winter ale is rich, bold, and ready for your fireside. A light-bitter finish balances the sweetness, making it supremely satisfying and easy to enjoy.
