This is Vault City's mixed fermentation base beer, the foundation of every sour we've brewed since 2018. Showcasing our unique house mixed culture of lactobacillus and saccharomyces, delivering a refreshing tartness with layers of fruity esters and a zingy sherbet finish. A light dry-hop of Cashmere and Bramling Cross complements the tartness with subtle hop character. Vegan friendly.

A hazy, super sessionable pale ale packed with Idaho 7’s tropical fruit and pine, Simcoe’s resinous citrus, and Citra’s bright tangerine and grapefruit. Saturated with juicy hops with a soft mouthfeel, and balanced bitterness. Vegan friendly.

Indulgent and delicious, this bold blend of wickedly decadent chocolate, roasted barley and dark crystal malt give this stout a deep, rich flavour, with an intensely smooth finish.

A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

We've blended zesty lemonade with our beloved Extra Pale Ale Lightbulb, chocked full of lemon sherbet hops. At just 2.4%, it dials up the citrus, spritz, and sessionability with a pale ale backbone. Packed with a light malt character and gentle hoppy bitterness it’s juicy, tangy, sharp, and brilliantly balanced. And if you ask around the brewery, some would say it tastes just like a ramped-up version of San Pellegrino’s fancy Limonata. Absolutely delish! Hops: Magnum, Simcoe and Centennial. Vegan friendly.

There are many things Scotland has given to the world but perhaps the most iconic is Iron Brew. The bold colour and unique flavour evoke a sense of national pride that’s otherwise only found when talking about our tap water. It’s timeless, like a pint at the airport. So, here’s our take on the nation’s favourite soft drink, packed with pride and irony goodness in every sip. Vegan friendly.

This is our take on a traditional Bavarian Helles. Malt forward, light and easy drinking, this straw-coloured lager is brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts and gently hopped with Hallertau Tradition hops. Matured for 30 days, unfiltered and unpasteurised, this is a very sessionable lager with plenty of flavour for its strength.

A dry cider. Slightly cloudy in character, it is a young, light, tremendously fruity and refreshing cyder with a distinctive bite. Named after the feisty Cornish Rattler apple and blended with Healey's know-how, our Cornish Rattler Cyder has the crisp, fresh flavour you crave.
