Our award winning Silly Cow medium cider is naturally fermented using only the natural yeasts on our Devon apple skins, without the use of sulphites. It's filtered and lightly pasteurised to retain the deep flavours of our apples. We make our ciders with 100% apple juice with as little intervention from ourselves and nasty ingredients as possible.
