Pale, crystal and chocolate malts combine with Sovereign hops to create this beautifully dark traditional bitter. It's a perfectly balanced beer with a hint of caramel; very moreish and a true session ale.
A beautiful copper-coloured beer, late and dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness. Brewed with the finest East Anglian Pale Ale malt barley, sourced locally to the brewery. We use Fuggles hops which we add late in the boil to preserve the herbal flavours of this traditional English hop. We add more Fuggles to each cask so that the flavour of the hops infuses into the beer.
A lightly hopped pale session bitter. A refreshing pint after a hard day at work.
An easy drinking and refreshing IPA. Fresh dry hop, herbal character is provided by the mix of Challenger and First Gold hops. The use of crystal malt in the grist gives a satisfying toffee/caramel note and the addition of a little black malt adds just enough astringency to give a clean, dry finish. The ABV has been reduced from 3.6% due to the recent duty rules.
