On 1st October 1985, founder John Pazio brewed the very first ale from Titanic Brewery - Premium Bitter. This beer went on to become Anchor and was a firm favourite for many years. It was only right that we brought it back in its original form to mark our 40th anniversary. A full-bodied traditional bitter ale with a classic blend of malty and hoppy notes throughout.
Golden, with a floral aroma and a full hoppy flavour that is balanced by a crisp dry maltiness and a rich finish. Hops: Brewers Gold and Cascade.
Golden bitter with some hop and fruity aromas. Touches of honey and citrus begin the taste. Malty sweetness arrives but quickly gives way to a bitterness.
Hoppy, gold-amber bitter. Fruit, malt and hop flavours carry through to a pleasing finish.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
A combination of Maris Otter pale malt and fine wheat malt, give this refreshing beer real zest. Add refreshing Yakima Galena and Cascade hops and what you get is a fantastic wheat beer that will hole any passing thirst.
Passengers in steerage class lapped up the luxury that the Titanic embodied, in first class however the opulence literally enveloped them. Helles Lager. We begin with a specially selected premium lager yeast and a variety of classic Noble European hops. During fermentation we add some Saaz for an earthy and floral hint, followed by the Mandarina Bavaria hop to give an extra subtle hint of lemon complexity to the taste and aroma. Sweetness balanced with a light bitterness, delicately hopped, clear and light, it's the very definition of a thirst-quenching lager bier.
A medium dry, an intense gold and slightly hazy cider.
Made with Herefordshire red apples, Inch's is a lightly sparkling cider with a fresh apple aroma. It is a medium apple cider which means every drop is crafted to be perfectly balanced between sweet and dry for great tasting refreshment. We make it using 100% British apples, grown within 40 miles from our Hereford mill.
