
Based on our multi award winning Plum Porter, our Plum Porter Grand Reserve is dark, and has added strength and elevated roundness due to the increase in alcohol content. Matured in conditioning tank for 21 days, it's fruity and loaded with flavour and strength!

Light golden ale hopped with Styrian Wolf and Savinjski Goldings (both Slovenia). Two of our favourite Slovenian hop varieties combine to impart mango, passion fruit, citrus orange and floral aromas and flavours.

Full-bodied mild with a hoppy aroma and well-balanced bittersweet taste.

Golden bitter with some hop and fruity aromas. Touches of honey and citrus begin the taste. Malty sweetness arrives but quickly gives way to a bitterness.

Hoppy, gold-amber bitter. Fruit, malt and hop flavours carry through to a pleasing finish.

Still famously deep red in colour with rich plum notes deftly masking the true depth of this porter with Port!

Helles Lager. We begin with a specially selected premium lager yeast and a variety of classic Noble European hops. During fermentation we add some Saaz for an earthy and floral hint, followed by the Mandarina Bavaria hop to give an extra subtle hint of lemon complexity to the taste and aroma. Sweetness balanced with a light bitterness, delicately hopped, clear and light, it's the very definition of a thirst-quenching lager bier.

Made with Herefordshire red apples, Inch's is a lightly sparkling cider with a fresh apple aroma. It is a medium apple cider which means every drop is crafted to be perfectly balanced between sweet and dry for great tasting refreshment. We make it using 100% British apples, grown within 40 miles from our Hereford mill.
