A fruity, hazy, sessionable pale ale with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado. Beautiful rich citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes on a lightly sweet cracker-like base with a satisfying bitter finish. We've updated the recipe slightly for this batch, reducing the bitterness and amplifying the hop flavours. We've updated the yeast from Verdant IPA, which we’ve used for most of our pales over the last couple of years, to London III for extra fruity IPA vibes. These tweaks make the hops sing and the fruit flavours come forwards to create an altogether softer beer. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
