Bright and bold session beer with good grapefruit flavour and a wine aroma from additions of Nelson Sauvin hops.
Our most traditional core beer is inspired by a Manchester stalwart; a fondly-remembered original. Speciality malt gives the deep golden colour and robust base, balanced by crisp bitterness and a floral, lemony aroma. Vegan friendly.
A well hopped pale ale that leans towards the West Coast, Centennial and Chinook are the backing singers behind the enigmatic Strata! Pithy grapefruit, tropical fruits and just a hint of strawberry give way to a piny, resinous, bitterness.
Out of this world milk oat meal Irish Stout. Velvety and smooth and pulls with a toffee coloured head. Rich, luxurious and creamy but as dark as deep space.
Our dark lager takes inspiration from the Schwarzbiers of Germany. A classic crisp lager mouthfeel with flavours of dark chocolate from the roasted malts, perfect drinking when the winter sun is low in the sky. Vegan friendly.
Crisp, clean and very drinkable American Pilsner with light notes of citrus, pine and a hint of caramel. Vegan friendly.
A session IPA that's light golden in colour, has a fruity nose and subtle bursts of citrus and grapefruit flavours - the ultimate booty! Shiver me timbers, it's good.
Our classic Bitter in its second iteration, this time using Northdown which was developed by Wye College in the 70's as a dual purpose hop for bittering and aroma, and Jester, the first product of Charles Faram's new hop development program, planned to produce hops with some of the characteristics of the popular New World varieties here in England. Vegan friendly.
A smooth, mellow and creamy jet-black stout. Bitterness is low and malt predominates, with chocolate, coffee and vanilla flavours to the fore. English-grown Bramling Cross hops steeped in the hot wort create a subtle blackcurrant and spicy aroma.
