
The aroma comes from the addition of Centennial hops, as does it’s name. As a session IPA the maltiness and bitterness are perfectly balanced. There is an initial citrus tang on the palate followed by clean and crisp floral notes and a hint of spiciness.

Dark reddish brown ale brewed in the style of a classic 80/-. Rich roasted malts on the nose followed by flavours of biscuit and cereal on the palate followed by a sweet yet dry finish. Hops: First Gold.

A full-bodied, dark brown, strong ale. Slightly malty but with hints of roast coffee and liquorice. A smooth caramel overlay and a complex fruitiness leads to a bitter chocolate finish.

A classic British styled copper ale. Dark amber in colour and medium bitterness. Sweet and malty on the nose and a pillowy mouth feel.

Golden, with a floral aroma and a full hoppy flavour that is balanced by a crisp dry maltiness and a rich finish. Hops: Brewers Gold and Cascade.

West Coast session pale ale loaded with Strata, Citra and Chinook hops. Citrus grapefruit and passionfruit flavour with resiny tropical hop character. Full of Green Lady's dank, hoppy bitterness but even more sessionable.

Full-bodied and flavoured auburn classic Scottish heavy, with malt and dried fruit on the nose and a smooth and creamy texture. It drinks as a full-bodied malty ale with a smooth and creamy texture. Gluten free.

Our New World India Pale Ale. Pineapple and citrus aromas lead to orange and melon flavours followed by fresh citrus flavour. Hops: Citra and Mosaic.

A session pale ale. Reliable Amarillo clashes with the chaos of Erebus unleashing stone fruit citrus and pine over a light non-regenerative biscuity malt bed.

A session IPA packed with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Idaho 7, Rakau and Cascade giving big refreshing citrus flavours of grapefruit, lemon and lime at the fore, rounded off with tropical and floral notes. It has a light malt character and assertive bitterness which allows the Citra hop character to shine.

The perfectly-paired combination of wheat malt and lager malt is our secret sauce for this 'Champagne of Lagers', providing an elegant head, luscious lacing and crisp palate. A lingering, fresh grapefruity finish from whole, pressed hop cones tops it off.
