Two-tone, toe-tapping, taste bud-tantalising ten-malt-porter. Monstrous amounts of fresh malts create a beer as black as the earl of hell to which some big piney hops are added to give a robust bitter finish. Quite often this beer can be aged in a barrel with some varying special ingredient.

An IPA with a full on USA hop explosion, with Columbus, Williamette, Galaxy and Citra combining beautifully with clear Highland water. Hints of bright gold, with pine and citrus aromas and flavours, balanced by a malty sweetness.

Boc Ban (Pale Buck) is a pale, crisp bitter ale from Aird Ghobhar (The Height of the Goat). In the mouth, a complex, spiced palate develops towards a long finish provided by the English Challenger hops used in the boil. A "beer drinker's beer," a Boc Ban provides the perfect end to a day's climbing in the Ardgour Hills, Nevis Range or Glencoe.

Session strength pale brewed to showcase the great American hop Amarillo. Amber malt is added to the mash to give an extra dimension and a biscuit base, then the zesty orange and pithy bitterness from the Amarillo takes you for a ride.

A sweet malty beer with lots of toffee and caramel notes from the pale and crystal malts. Fresh dry hop taste comes from the Challenger and Goldings which also give a satisfying easy drinking bitter finish.

Our Lager takes its inspiration from the German style of lager, Helles. It has a sweet, malty flavour balanced with a light aromatic hoppiness that makes it very refreshing. We use Naked Golden Oats to make our Lager. Naked Golden Oats are grown without husks so that even more sweetness and flavour can be extracted from the grains during brewing.

A deep, dark, delicious imperial stout brewed with lots of heavy black and toasted malts. Very easy drinking, but this beer is a beast!
