Brewed with Cascade hops from our hop garden and complemented with US Mosaic and Centennial hops added late in the brew to make the perfect tropical marriage.

Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Our take on a classic with a modern twist. Inspired by our mates from across the pond, we use American hops that provide fruity aromas and a slight bitterness, making a super easy drinking session IPA. Vegan friendly.

This Trans-Atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

The legendary Black Dragon! This medium cider now has quite a following amongst the most discerning cider drinkers. It is rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh, fruity aroma.

Sweet cider infused with tart raspberry rippled through with vanilla.

A premium robust bitter, amber chestnut colour with a wonderful aroma of hops and malt, giving a well-balanced bittersweet flavour and a satisfying finish to this distinctive brew. Brewed with well-roasted malts and generous amounts of English hops, for a satisfying finish. The use of wheat malt as well as finest pale Maris Otter malt results in a rich full malty flavour. Challenger hops give a good depth to the bitter finish of the beer.
