Brewed with Pacific Jade for bittering, Delta and Citra hops for aroma and a late addition of black pepper to the boil. This pale is then conditioned on fresh mangoes and lime zest.
Supercharged India Pale Ale.... Rich/bright and amber/bronze with lots of American hop aroma. Distinctly bittersweet on the palate with a massive hop complexity fashioned deep within the IPA tradition.

Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour.
