The ale started out in 1996 as a winter-only brew. However, the rich malty character and well-balanced hop aroma proved so popular, we decided to make it available all year round. Creamy, full-bodied and smooth, Blaven is also somewhat deceptive - the strongest of our regular ales.

Smooth, malty and slightly nutty; lightly fuggles-hopped for aroma. Previously known as Red Cuillin.

A deep amber ale with malty tones shining through while being medium in bitterness and low in sweetness.

Hoppy session IPA packed with Citra and Mosaic hops. Punches well above its weight with plenty of tropical and citrus aroma, moreish dry finish. Gluten free.

A traditional style of ale typical of the East of Scotland. A superb classic with a deep copper hue and light bronze creamy foam. 80/- is brewed using Belhaven yeast and allowed to ferment at a slightly higher temperature. This delivers satisfying malt flavours and layers of soft fruit with a toffee finish.

A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

This Trans-Atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
