Using 4 traditional English roasted malts this is a complex beer, which gives aromas of chocolate, vanilla and soft Greek coffee. Low levels of hops allow the malts to shine through. It’s full in the mouth yet surprisingly easy to drink.
Our Preserva series of seasonal sour beers take inspiration from traditional preserves. Preserva #3 goes all jammy with heaps of sour cherry during fermentation. This sour cherry gose has some salt and coriander seeds in to help offset the sweet and sour fruitiness. Super jammy, super sharp and super lush!
