Pale in colour, Hysteria is smooth yet packs a real punch. We've used Nelson Sauvin hops to give it flavours of gooseberry and grape. T58 Belgian Yeast adds flavours of spice, clove and pepper, followed by fruity esters. The dry finish has a touch of sweetness and just enough bitterness.
