A New English Pale Ale brewed with Olicana Hops from Charles Faram. Super hazy with a golden hue, this quaffable pale has soft citrus fruit flavours and aromas of mango, passion fruit and guava with a hint of spice finished and a delicate bitterness.
Brewed entirely with Azacca hops, this beer will smack you in the face with tropical, ripe citrus aroma. Mango, ripe orange, and pineapple flavours are backed up by a good, rounded grapefruit bitterness and slightly silky mouthfeel. There is a hint of biscuity, sweetness in the background from the use of Munich malt.
Fresh, crisp and refreshing with pink grapefruit at the fore with softer tropical fruits close behind. Generous bitterness but full bodied with the mellower Willamette hops bringing an uplifting mid palate and the roast malts adding complexity in the finish.
Warming, mid brown beer, hints of autumn berries, toffee and caramel with a predominantly malty flavour, balanced by a hoppy nose and a dry hoppiness emerging in the finish.
Hold that thought, I'm just going to the bar, be right back! A classic super refreshing lager brewed with a not-so-classic blend of English hops.
Clean, crisp but with a classic noble hop bite, Verve is everything we admire in this classic beer style.
Deuce is a grand slam of a beer inspired by British Summertime. A sweet and juicy strawberry baseline meets the creamy mouthful of lactose for a fruity, tangy, and silky soured ale.
Bunny Hop is an extra hopped pale ale brewed with Maris Otter, Lager Malt, Cara Pils and Wheat Malts. Then generously hopped with Pilgrim, Eureka, El Dorado and Chinook. Bunny Hop is a bold beer, which perfectly balances its low abv of 3.5%, pale malts and powerful hops with an IBU 55.
Hazy New England pale ale with Cashmere hops.
We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties, Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.
A banging, tart beer jammed with juicy kiwi, pineapple and lime. For the flash of green? Finished off with a dash of spirulina.
A medium, still cider, light and refreshing, very easy drinking. Made from a blend of traditional cider fruits. Slightly lower ABV, making it a favourite for many.
This is Purbeck's strongest cider to date - with its well-balanced flavour, it is cloudy and still, like all great traditional farmhouse ciders.
This is the very first cider I produced. Giving you the dry refreshing taste and velvety tones of cider made in the traditional way, best served icecold, after a hard days work or on one of those longingly wanted hot summer days.
This medium golden cider is our most popular. It's crisp apply flavour is subtly balanced with a subtle sweetness.
Named after the delightful sound of pigs when they come across some windfall apples! Like those pigs this is full of character. A rich bronze cider that is smooth as it is tasty. Beautifully balanced with a satisfyingly rounded finish.
