Inspired by ciders made in the USA, this medium sweet cider uses old fashioned eating apple varieties such as Cox and Russet to create a lighter, fruitier style of cider.

Made from a blend of cider varieties including Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Harry Masters, Gasping Goose is a well-balanced, golden, medium-bodied cider. The “Goose” is crafted from organic apples grown to Soil Association standards in Newton Court Farm’s orchards, resulting in an easy-to-drink cider, perfect for any season.
A traditional strong dry farmhouse cider, stored in oak barrels on the farm over winter. The old fashioned saying is you never tap the barrel until you've heard the cuckoo. We use mixed organic cider fruit from our ancient orchards to deliver a strong, complex flavour.

A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
Our single variety range really allows drinkers to savour the characteristics of some of the noblest of cider fruit. Harry Masters is fruity, punchy with a welcome astringency. The fruit itself is a popular mid-season bittersweet cider apple named after the Somerset gentleman who discovered it and for its classic, conical 'Jersey' shape.
