Balanced golden ale with gentle citrus hop notes and a satisfying malt depth in the back taste.
Tropical fruit flavours and a balanced bitterness combine with a surprisingly full-bodied flavour and mouthfeel. A well-crafted low strength IPA – perfect for the winter months.
Picea combines massive amounts of Simcoe and Ekuanot to give a very clean and refreshing hoppy pale. Expect deep stone fruits from the Simcoe married to big and brash citrus from the Ekuanot.
Well balanced malt also provides the coppery bronze colour. Tangerine and grapefruit comes from the use of East Kent Goldings, Cluster and Liberty hops. The finish is crisp and clean.
The 2019 vintage of our Imperial Stout once again took our brewery to the absolute limits. Drunk young, this beer offers punchy fruit notes and a satisfying warmth from the alcohol, however this will develop beautifully as the structure softens and the complexity of the malt flavours really shine.
A classic hoppy, copper coloured, thirst quenching session bitter.
A chestnut-red premium bitter with dark roasted malts and an abundance of English hops providing a superb balance of rich roasted flavours and resinous, hoppy bitterness.
Deliciously moreish chocolate stout.
A complex, dark brown ale combining subtle coffee and chocolate flavours with a rich, hoppy aroma.
