Based on a classic solid Czech Pilsner style but with the late hop addition of Styrian Wolf to give the beer a subtle fruity and floral character. The beer is fermented at unusually high temperatures in a procedure known as steam brewing. This created additional fruity esters to further enhance the flavour of the beer and deliver its unique taste. Gluten free. Vegan friendly.
