
Our latest summer session pale, brewed with two of our favourite hops, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. Mosaic's complex flavour and aroma profile led to its name. This hop is most noted for its blueberry and tropical aromas. The Nelson Sauvin aroma descriptors include distinctive white wine characters along with fruity flavors, such as fresh crushed gooseberry and grape.

Aurora yeast is new to the game and brings a serious flex to the tanks. We're keen to deep dive in and highlight what a difference fermentation temperature makes on your pint. This session IPA all about that higher temp, fermented at 30 degrees C brewing a yeast-forward fruity first sip. Keeping this modern style going US hops Mosaic, El Dorado and Amarillo add their signature tropical, sweet citrus power. Gluten free.

A cask only stout using our home-grown malted barley, grown in the Somer Valley. Alongside our beautiful base, we've layered in some flaked wheat to add body to the beer, as well as lashings of chocolate malt, low coloured crystal and of course some roasted barley. Peanut, caramel and chocolate milk stout (does not contain nuts). A complex malt base creates a rich and smooth creamy backbone with the addition of lactose. Rich and indulgent full-bodied milk stout with peanut, caramel and milk chocolate. Gluten removed - low gluten. Contains lactose.

Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. Our hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.

An evolution of our imperial IPA, Halcyon, cranking up the flavour even more with the fantastic addition of mango. This completes the hop bill perfectly creating a beautifully dank and tropical fruit bomb of a beer. Hops: Galaxy, Ella, Chinook, Nelson Sauvin and Bramling Cross.

Session IPA with upfront hop aromas of grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit giving way to a juicy and moreish flavour with a soft bitterness. Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo and Columbus. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

This double dry hopped pale serves up a delicious medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Fermented with Vermont yeast, packed full of Citra and Mosaic hops and dry hopped with enhanced pellets it's a punchy combination of fruity, tropical and citrus notes!
