Our brand new New England IPA. We took the recipe for our 4.5% session NEIPA - Less Dangerous and just about doubled everything. Twice as much Oats and Wheat give this beer a smooth mouthfeel and massive haze. We then double dry hopped it with 10g/L of Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot Cryo hops, equivalent to over 20g/L of standard hop pellets. The result, a massively hazy, smooth and juicy IPA.

Primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers.
