A fruity full bodied ale with a slight choc taste and medium bitterness using French Bouclier mixed with Kentish hops using a 1-3bbl system pico brewery method.
This extra pale ale is hopped with Kent First Gold, Yakima Valley Cascade from the USA and Hallertauer Perle hops from Germany which impart a citrus, spicy and floral finish to this summer ale.
This golden ale is hopped with 9 different types of Kent bred and Kent grown hops in a total of 9 separate additions.
Woodland Pressed Cider - It is called One Tree Hill Cider as there is a hill opposite where I live is called One Tree Hill (although it has now many trees on it these days) and the allotments where it was pressed are called One Tree Hill allotments.
