Thriving on bold, hoppy citrus flavours, this maverick is always ahead of the curve. This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus and Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

Pale ale hopped with Galaxy, Enigma and Mosaic. Neither Engima nor Mosaic are used in our core line up, so this is a bit more "out there" but still shares the well-known Ossett Brewery taste. Where hops are being reused, we've adjusted when they're added - either in the whirlpool or dry hop - to maximise variety across the series.
