All the hops are backed up with a mash bill consisting of Golden Promise, flaked maize and flaked oats.

Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.
