An all New Zealand hopped session pale. Toha means Forge in Maori, the beer was forged in Sheffield and showcases some fantastic hops from New Zealand - Wai-Iti and Nelson Sauvin.
Copper coloured 'Northern' bitter. Full on malty flavour, yet sharp with complex bitterness and a caramel, liquorice finish and a hint of citrus.
A dark and deliciously smooth port infused Stout. Expect a roasted malt flavour with aromas of chocolate, coffee and rich fruits from the port.
This Pale Ale has a base of Pilsner malt and Oats which lends a soft edge to the palate, and then we hit it with big whacks of Citra and Mosaic in both the brewhouse and dryhop. BAM! The result: bright and mega-fruity - think bananas, mangoes, papayas and peaches - SO LUSH!
