Working with two of Lancashire's trail blazing producers we have created this coffee infused milk stout. Atkinsons, artisan roasters have supplied the single origin San Francisco coffee from Brazil and Brades Farm who produce barista milk, bringing the lactose to this silky-smooth stout.
One of our range of single hopped beers, brewed only using Centennial hops from the USA. Centennial remains one of our favourite hops and this pale blonde ale showcases it perfectly, with a a zesty sherbet lemon hop nose, bitter citrus hop taste and long dryish finish.
Rich copper coloured traditional bitter with aromas of raisons and blackberries, rich and complex on the palate, with a perfect level of bitterness from all British hops. A lovely clean bitter which will call you back for more.
Our flagship session IPA is a crisp, bright, west coast style session. All of that grapefruit peel, lemon and lime on the nose. Tropical and citrus fruits dominate, with hints of pine and a touch blueberry, balanced by its complex malt base and a solid carbonation. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
A beautiful hazy session IPA. We generously dry hop with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo hops creating a hugely aromatic and juicy fruit bomb. Vegan friendly.
A perfectly balanced, refreshing, medium cider named after the rich red soil that gives our orchards their distinctive quality.
A seasonable IPA fully loaded with new world hops including Motueka from New Zealand giving hints of lemon and limes combined with tropical fruits. Bucking the hazy trend this beer is crystal clear with a bright white head.
A deep, rich, complex, intense, strong dark beer. Mouthfeel is full bodied with chocolate, coffee and roasted flavours at the forefront, with dark stone fruit is in the background. The finish is bitter-sweet and warming.
