This is a honey-malt ale - no honey used, instead extracting all the flavour from specialist malts, including Weyermann Carahell, Pilsner and Munich. A golden premium ale, brewed with Maris Otter and Crystal malts, hopped with British Pilgrim. Fruity, hints of caramel and a bitter-sweet finish.
Brewed with Pilsner and Lager malts for a light body, hopped for a subtle bitterness. Pilsner is crisp, refreshing and ideal for those who regularly drink "other" lagers. Unfiltered and unfined.
