Copper coloured, traditional style strong beer, with a hint of caramel. Initial reaction, is the flavour of deeply roasted malts, followed by the pleasing aftertaste of best whole Hereford Challenger hops which linger on the palate.

Brewed to celebrate racket sports. Three hop varieties (primarily Cascade) are blended with wheat and pale malts to give a fresh, crisp, blonde beer with plenty of attitude, which leaves you with a pleasant yet bitter aftertaste with a hint of grapefruit.
Refreshingly different, naturally cloudy, wheat beer exclusively brewed from malted wheat and rolled oats and a hint of Seville orange peel. It is sweetish and fruity. Our original beer, taken from an old recipe, is an India Pale Ale (amber in colour). Full bodied beer with a distinctive bitterness, fruit to the fore in the taste with hops becoming increasingly dominant in the taste and finish. Hops: Goldings and Fuggles.
