The malt backbone provides gentle sweetness from Maris Otter, a soft smoothness from wheat malt, and a light toasty depth from the amber malt, giving the beer a balanced and rounded finish. Easy-drinking, full-flavoured, and brewed for those who like their beer bold but sessionable.
This fruit sour beer has a rich blackcurrant, raspberry and blackberry character which we have balanced with the fruit tannins to give a refreshing, light sour to this one off slightly pinkish beer. The combination of Cascade hops give a mix of bitter, sweet, sour flavour, which leaves you wanting another, just to re-explore all these fantastic flavours.
A robust porter/stout which derives its colour from the abundance of Maris Otter barley and chocolate malts used in the brewing process.
A superlative lager with full refreshing taste. Utilising best lager and wheat malts with continental hops, which leave a hint of citrus on the palate.
Our original beer, taken from an old recipe, is an India Pale Ale (amber in colour). Full bodied beer with a distinctive bitterness, fruit to the fore in the taste with hops becoming increasingly dominant in the taste and finish. Hops: Goldings and Fuggles.
A clear bright still cider with a smooth, well-balanced fruity flavour and clean apple finish. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.
