Another New Zealand IPA and this time we've gone big with a DIPA. Rakau, Nelson, Wai-iti, Moutere, Motueka, Galaxy, Kohatu, we've gone big not home on this, used over 30% oats and wheat in the malt, its that New Zealand flavour we really love here, so we hope you do too!

Inspired by the Gooseberry and Elderflower Gin Fizz cocktail, this kettle sour is tart and refreshing with a sweet floral finish. A base of lager and wheat malt has been soured with Lactobacillus plantarum and fermented with gooseberry juice, elderflowers and juniper berries. Co-fermented with saison and champagne yeast strains for a dry yet complex finish.
