We played around with our classic Volcano IPA recipe and changed the hops to showcase two unsung favourites: Sabro and Sorachi Ace. Both of these hops are known for their unique tropical, herbal characteristics with flavours reminiscent of coconut, lemongrass and vanilla. Can hops be controversial? If so, then Sabro and Sorachi Ace - with their intense floral, lemongrass and coconut flavours - must surely be the most contentious there is. Vegan friendly.
