A super juicy and hoppy pale ale, double dry hopped with US hops Idaho 7 and Mosaic, and we added oats to give it body and a chewy mouthfeel. Unfiltered, unfined and suitable for vegans.
Our Smoked Porter is full flavoured yet smooth with notes from both German smoked beech wood and Scottish peat, blending brewing traditions with an added twist of complexity. The label reflects the colours of a peat fire.
Fresh, clean unfiltered lager dry-hopped with sazz for a dry, citrus finish.
A West Coast Pale Ale that uses an abundance of citrus forward hops, such as Mandarina, Amarillo and Cascade, to create flavours of orange, tangerine and grapefruit. A traditional smooth robust porter. Roasted dark chocolate flavours from Crystal and Chocolate malts. Delicately hopped with East Kent Goldings to enable the malts to shine through.
Based on the classic Vienna Lager style (though technically an ale), and annoyer of a certain type of beer geek, Vienna Pale is a sweet, malty drinking pint, with plenty of Saaz, Citra and Cascade dry-hopping to keep things interesting.
This is our creative interpretation of a well-known heavily fruited drink from Manchester. We've added an unholy amount of fruit to this sour beer to create a well-balanced, acidic, fruity number.
Easy drinking pale ale with a lot of citrus aroma and enough bitterness at the end to remind you you're alive.
A fruity, juicy session IPA dry hopped with Simcoe, Cascade and a van full of orange zest. Leith Juice packs a huge zesty citrus kick, with flavours of grapefruit, lemon and orange in abundance.
Limited Edition. Keeping it local, weve teamed up with another Marches producer, award winning craft gin company, Penrhos Spirits. Blending our finest Herefordshire craft cider with Penrhos premium dry gin, produces a surprisingly smooth cocktail. Bursting with botanicals, it captivates the essence of the orchards and enhances the taste journey. Subtle notes of cherry blossom linger after the delicate sweet honey mouthfeel. The pure gin afternotes are perfectly executed, with pink pepper, cardamom and rose petals gently lifting through the cider.
A medium craft cider bursting with the quintessential taste of the Herefordshire hedgerow. A rich blend of wild berries creates its deep crimson tone. The delicate strawberry nose comes through leaving the wonderful afternotes of the bramble blackberries finish.
