A traditional, bronze-coloured bitter, made with malted Maris Otter barley and crystal malt for colour and depth of flavour. Hopped with British First Gold and Golding hops, water, and our house yeast.

The keg version of our West Coast IPA is a well bittered hoppy IPA made with US and NZ hops, it has a big piney tropical citrus flavour and aroma with a decent refreshing marmalade bitter finish. Dry hopped for an intense flavour and aroma even on the cold keg lines, the big hitters include; Simcoe, Chinook, Citra, Comet and Nelson Sauvin. Gluten free.

A fresh and light session pale ale made with extra pale and wheat malts and hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Strata hops and our house yeast. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

Hazy hoppy ale. Salus Populi is taken from Eastleigh Borough Council's town motto, Salus Populi Suprema Lex which translates as 'The health (welfare, good) of the people should be the supreme law'.

Richer Irish nitrogenated stout, made with a blend of roasted, darker and crystal malts, nitro'd to give a cascading micro bubble creamy head which laces the glass with every sip. Chocolate, coffee, richer than a dry thin stout, more to savour and satisfy, long roasted malt finish and a balanced bitterness.

A pale Helles lager beer, slightly sweeter than classic pils with a more rounded malt base hopped with the classic nobel Saaz and the newer Hallertauer Blanc hops. Clean, floral, lemon and spicy bitterness.
