Drinks much bigger than 4.3%. A robust and full-bodied stout with coffee roast bitterness and rich caramel notes. Seven different grains including oats create a complex malt body. This is balanced by good old English hops. This stout replaced Black Bishop in our core range.
Pale gold with a big grassy hop aroma with some delicate hints of cinnamon and ginger, and a slight floral note. Citrus hop flavours lead to a pleasant bitterness.
An amber coloured bitter, perfectly blended malt and hops makes this well-rounded beer balanced and refreshing.
Light and golden coloured beer with a strong citrus and hop aroma. Citrus and grassy hop flavours dominate the palate with a light and refreshing dry finish. A superbly drinkable beer.
Our Mosaic and Simcoe Originals IPA with the 2023 treatment firmly applied. Featuring twice the amount of dry-hop as the OG version, with an absolutely saturated dry hop charge bringing all those incredible pineapple, mango and passionfruit notes to the fore, this is a beer that drinks just like Lilt for grownups. With just the tiniest little bit of Simcoe in the boil, we’ve reeled it all back in with just a tickling of bitterness to round this awesome IPA off for that signature Polly’s bite.
Golden ale, brewed with an outstanding trio of bold American hops for a full fruity aroma and flavour, with a refreshing citrus finish.
This wonderfully refreshing pale session beer showcases the marvellous Mosaic hops from America. Bursting with tropical fruit flavours and a pleasant citrus bitterness. Just in case there wasn't enough in the initial brew, we have dry hopped with even more Mosaic for good measure!
Award winning lager traditionally brewed in a Bohemian style with a slow fermentation, followed by cold conditioning. Incredibly drinkable with a light, fresh hop flavour balanced by a premium malt body.
Another fruity blend from our Strawberry Field orchard - a whole hodgepodge of cider apples pressed in mid October 2022. It’s drinking beautifully; with gorgeous clarity, huge aromatic apple skins, a burst of acidity and still a gentle off dry sweetness from the young age of this cider. Absolutely smashable and belies it’s 7.4%.
Medium sweet cider made with local apples blended with a dash of Dabinett cider apples. Sweetened to make a more sessionable cider (85% fresh pressed juice).
Sour cherries, wild cider and fresh Braeburn juice. What’s not to like?! This tangy and fruity beast was blended and packaged without a name. Loved the flavour and the battle between sharpness and fruity sweetness, but just couldn’t think of a name.
A bold and characterful bittersweet apple, Major is always a cider that packs plenty of flavour. Rich, and fruity, Major tends to have a combination of bold spiced apple in the mid palate with medicinal, phenolic tannins on the finish. A real favourite of Ross Cider drinkers and a statement cider.
Refreshing and crisp medium sparkling cider. A perfect everyday cider with balanced sharpness and sweetness to quench your thirst.
Version 91 of our US Session pale ale is dry hopped with Calypso and Lemondrop. Flavours and aromas are stone and citrus fruits.
Dark, rich and full-bodied slightly roasted with a malty palate ending with a pleasant bitterness.
This true golden ale starts with stunning citrus on the nose. Well-balanced with good body and fruit balancing with a refreshing hoppy taste, it finishes with a long bittersweet aftertaste.
A crisp, Eastern Counties style dry cider, made with donated apples from across County Durham. Zingy with gooseberry and lime notes. Elvet Cider is a joint venture between the owners of The Station House (Durham), Fram Ferment (Framwellgate Moor), and The Weigh To Shop (Framwellgate Moor) to reduce the amount of apples not being used, and to make clean, drinkable dry cider.
