Our very first collaboration, with our friends Hogan's Cider. A kegged cider, made with Hogan's special wild yeast base, to which we have added two very specific apples. Major, one of our favourite bittersweets, has brought bold phenolic tannins and a crisp finish. Foxwhelp, perhaps the most sought after bittersharp in the world, brings earth shattering acidity. Backsweetened but not diluted, this is a full juice, full flavoured drink to light up the world of draught cider.
