A traditional, robust and satisfying Porter made with the finest of ingredients.
Soul friends Centennial and El Dorado hops give aromas of boiled sweets and orange oil with juicy citrus, tropical and a hint of floral throughout set against a robust bitterness for balance. The addition of torrefied wheat to the malt base gives weight to the body.
A refreshingly crisp, citrus, slight grassiness and carefully hopped IPA. We bloody love Peelywally and it has been a real passion of ours to get it right. Brewed countless times at home with various ABV (3%-9.3 %!) and with different hops but this is the winner.
This light copper, highly drinkable and very moreish best bitter was brewed with plenty of crystal male and Magnum hops, creating a massively satisfying, juicy flavour.
A pale, hoppy and bitter ale: a slight elderflower aroma from Slovenian Celeia hops, followed by long bitterness. The hikers' favourite - the perfect thirst quencher after a day on the Fells.
Red IPA brewed with Loral, Mosaic and Columbus. It's big and flavourful with elements of malt and dark fruits along with notes of pepper and pine. Well-balanced bitterness with a dry finish makes for dangerously easy drinking. Vegan friendly.
A hoppy pale ale with citrus and peach aromas, stone fruit flavours and a crisp bite of woody bitterness to finish. Vegan friendly.
Chinook, Mosaic, and Citra hops make this West Coast IPA a piney and bitter delight. Brewed in collaboration with Elusive Brewing. Vegan friendly.
The first release from our barrel-aged project. All the rustic and spicy, Belgian-style farmhouse notes you'd expect from a classic saison have been funked up, before being matured in French Pinot Noir barrels for nine months. The result is a beautifully complex, mixed-fermentation saison that'll keep your taste buds guessing all the way to the bottom of the glass.
A light crisp straw coloured Czech style Pilsner. Modest to firm in bitterness with a gently floral finish imparted by the single Saaz hop load. Refreshingly simple.
Brewed using a single malt, and hopped with a selection of three varieties giving a well-balanced finish. Very pale in appearance because of the Pale Ale Malt used.
Dry, juicy cider that has bags of flavour from the overlapping, complex tannins of the two most important cider apples in Britain (Dabinett and Harry Masters Jersey), with added depth from fermentation in a Scottish oak cask. Low acidity, high tannin, very smooth and drinkable.
The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.
Our Traditional cider has the same smooth flavour as the Original but with a lower ABV. A good full body with a refreshing sparkling mouthfeel. Fruity and aromatic, golden in the glass, with a clean apple finish. A perfect session cider.
We’re giving US Cascade hops the TLC they deserve in this single hop IPA. Cascade is bursting with bright, zesty grapefruit flavour and aroma with gentle bitterness.
A light medium cider, with crisp and refreshing green apple undertones.
