A Cascadian dark ale, lighter in ABV than a traditional black IPA. This beer utilises darker malts (black malt and chocolate malt) to impart a roast malt colour and flavour to the beer while retaining a full bodied mouthfeel from the generous use of oats. A strong bitterness at 56 IBUs with a pine and grapefruit forward aroma from a dry hop with the classic Pacific Northwest hops Simcoe and Cascade. Vegan friendly.
