Similar to our Craft Lager but with subtle modification to the brewing liquor. Pale yellow coloured, well balanced and quite malty. Subtle floral, spicy and slightly citrusy noble hop aroma. Brewed using locally sourced water, Scottish, sown, grown and malted barley, light Caramalt malt and wheat malt. The moderate bitterness comes from a mixture of Target, Goldings hops.
