This festive ruby ale is packed with festive flavour, so expect notes of burnt orange, dark fruits and a touch of chocolate. Brewed using Cascade and Goldings hops which provide a subtle bitterness and a light fruit character, whilst the addition of orange peel and muscovado sugar add further complexity, leaving notes of citrus and a touch of caramel.

A zesty pale ale with a smooth and citrusy finish. Brewed with English Maris Otter, Caragold and Wheat malts, with Pilgrim bittering hops and Cascade and Willamette aroma hops.

A supernatural session IPA made for drinking all day long. Fermented with London Ale II yeast to add more fruity body, and enhance malt and hop profile.

The keg version of our classic Stout, served through a nitro pour, brewed with carefully selected roasted barley, delicately hopped and served through a nitro pour to give it a silky-smooth creamy taste. It’s brewed exactly as a stout truly should be.

We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.

Using the fresh pressed juice from apples picked locally, our master cider makers ferment with champagne yeast and mature the cider for up to 6 months, before cold-filtering to create a 5% medium dry cider that’s full of flavour and character. Never from concentrate, never pasteurised.

This unfiltered cider has been expertly blended to help bring out the best in the spices. Bittersweet apples, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon all combine to make this a great cider when served cold but it truly comes alive when served warm.

This is a blend of this cider-maker's award-winning perry and Katy cider, resulting in a smooth, wine-like pear flavour, balanced with a crisp apple bite.
