A traditional porter made from a blend of the finest Maris Otter, Chocolate and crystal malts. then Muscovado sugar and Molasses are added to provide a Rum finish to the rich Coffee and dark Chocolate base. We have blended our Somerset cider with an explosion of tropical fruits. Pink grapefruit, pineapple, mango and lime all combine to make this a succulent thirst quencher. Perfect for drinking on the beach and making you feel closer to the Caribbean with every sip.

We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.

Cuba meets Somerset. Refreshing raspberry, fresh mint and crisp Somerset cider make this an invigorating summer refresher. Sweet yet tangy, aromatic, and flavourful. Serve over ice with fresh raspberries and mint.

A fruity flourish gives way to a dry backbone. All the Gala and Bramley flavour washing over then a creeping dryness, refreshing the palate. Produced with slightly less Gala Apple juice to produce a refreshing dryness and a higher ABV.

This easy drinking cider is crafted from our homegrown Dabinett, Yarlington Mill and Harry Masters cider apple orchards. With the signature Herefordshire nose, a delicate tease of tannins and a sweet soft edge, matured into a finely balanced, smooth and golden drop.

A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.

This pale ale is light in strength, big in flavour, but don't let that fool you - Comet and Mosaic hops bring a lively punch of citrus, melon and a hint of tropical flavour with a crisp malt base. Naturally conditioned in the cask, it leaves for a smooth, gentle pour. Perfect pint for easy drinking.

Deliciously, hazy with a pleasantly wheat forward malt base giving it a full mouthfeel and providing a solid base on which our New Zealand hops can shine. Nelson Sauvin hops bringing their distinctive flavours of white wine, crushed gooseberry and tropical notes whilst Motueka jumps in with some solid aromas of fresh lime and basil. We've not scrimped on the hop content and have double dry hopped with Ekuanot and Mosaic giving hazy explosions of almost creamy, fresh, ripe mango with notes of juicy melon and tangerines. Unfined and unfiltered for a hazy and perfectly pale New England IPA. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

A rich and moreish, ebony coloured Irish oatmeal stout. The symphony of roasted barley and dark malts deliver cappuccino and mocha flavours on the palate, and are complimented by the clean bitterness of Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops, leading to a velvety, dry finish.
