Brewed with Cascade, Chinook, and Amarillo, this classic West Coast pale gives peppery and resinous notes on the nose, with classic pine and citrus vibes. Bright grapefruit rind and zesty orange peel cut through, while a rounded caramel malt backbone softens the edges of the bitterness without losing that West Coast bite. Clean, crisp, and balanced. A double dry-hopped pale ale bursting with mango and tropical fruit flavours from two hop charges of Azacca and Amarillo. It pours with a bright golden haze and a soft malt body.

Lemondrop and Calypso hops bring a bright citrus aroma in this refreshing pale ale with notes of lemon zest and apple, and a clean crisp character. A clean and simple malt body allows the hops to shine and a rounded bitterness gives a refreshing finish.

A nitro stout with a creamy head and smooth mouthfeel that this style is known for. With a complex malt base of Maris Otter, Munich and Chocolate, along with a sprinkling of speciality malts and the addition of classic hops, this stout is deliciously balanced with hints of coffee and roasted chocolate for a truly sessionable beer. A cider produced using 70% Rubens apples and 30% Bramley apples. All fruit is hand-picked and Curious Apple is produced at our winery using Champagne yeast to preserve the light, fresh, crisp apple taste, delicious.

Our delicious, crowd-pleasing, Extra Pale Ale. Made with extra pale and wheat malts and hopped with US Citra and Mosaic hops. Fruity, fresh aroma, citrus and light malt body, ending with a balanced bitterness.

A light chestnut session bitter. As far as flavour goes, it tends rather more towards the malt than the hops, though there is a pleasing hop taste right at the finish. The aroma is light and pleasant.

Golden ale with 100% Cascade hops.

Hazy hoppy ale. Salus Populi is taken from Eastleigh Borough Council's town motto, Salus Populi Suprema Lex which translates as 'The health (welfare, good) of the people should be the supreme law'.

Gloriously rich golden in colour and with a wonderful mown grass aroma, this premium bitter is full of complex flavours including a tiny amount of caramel. The addition of American hops gives it a full hop flavour with a dry finish.

A sour IPA with a smooth sweet strawberry with a kiwi/lime tang. Rounded out with a touch of vanilla and a supporting dose of El Dorado and Mosaic. We've upped the sourness this time round. Contains lactose.

An authentic West Coast IPA using the classic 'C' hops that helped launch the craft beer revolution. A punchy hop aroma of pine and citrus leaps out the glass, light crystal malt in the body is pushed aside by an assertive bitterness to give a thirst-quenching finish.

Session IPA hopped with Vic Secret and Ella. This party animal brings a soft and light malt base to parade zingy hop notes of sweet citrus and pineapple with lashings of lime.

A refreshing hazy smooth tropical pale which breaches the flavour threshold resulting in a fruity mouthfill bursting with citrus fruits of lemon, lime and melon and after hints of coconut.

A juicy, hazy pale ale. This beer utilises an all New Zealand hop profile to provide a tropical aroma with notes of lime and passionfruit, complimented by an oat heavy grain bill resulting in a smooth, full bodied but crushable drink. Vegan friendly.

A session pale that keeps things spinning nice and easy. Light, refreshing, and effortlessly drinkable, it rolls in with sweet mandarin up front, bright, juicy, and just the right side of soft. A smooth mouthfeel keeps everything in tune, before a subtle bitterness cuts through on the finish, like a twist of citrus rind to keep things crisp. Hops: Tango, Eclipse and Amarillo CGX. Single hopped New England pale exploding with intense bouquet and flavour of tropical fruits complemented with an exceptionally smooth malt finish.

This is a blend of apples and rhubarb with a sweet taste, a very mellow sharp finish and the most wonderful light pink blush colour.
