A pale, golden quaffing ale with excellent flavours for its strength. Pleasingly hoppy throughout without being aggressive and also possessing of a fine aroma. The finish is dry with a small twist of sweetness at the end.
A gluten free pale brewed with a mix of T90 hop pellets and CGX hop pellets from Crosby Hops. What's CGX, you ask? It’s like hops on turbo mode. These pellets are crafted using cryogenic wizardry to extract lupulin from hop cones, delivering pure pellets bursting with juicy, resinous oils and bold aromas - the ultimate dry-hop hit. Expect all the orange fruits with this one. Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Cascade CGX, El Dorado and El Dorado CGX. Gluten free.
Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

This classic Czech style pilsner carries the perfect balance and malt and hop character. Saaz hops are used throughout to impart a smooth bitterness and noble hop aroma which has a subtle earthy and spicy character, while a base of lager malt gives a light body with a hint of subtleness. This pale ale showcases 3 English hops. Godiva and Ernest hops are used throughout the boil to lend a smooth bitterness and baseline citrus aroma with notes of apricot before a large dry-hop addition of Harlequin which elevates the aroma with notes of pineapple and passion fruit. Vegan friendly.

A light straw colour, brewed with barley and wheat malts. A very refreshing beer with a good smack of citrus hops and a perfect clean finish.
We went wild with the hops and maybe we should have called it the “8” hopper! Dominated by Willamette and Fuggles to give that spicy and floral kind of hedgerow fruity flavour. We paired up pale and Vienna malts to create this traditional Golden Bitter in the Flower Pots style.
A unique blend of some of Hampshire's finest low colour and lightly caramelised malted barley with a selection of British and North American hops. With notes of grassy pine and citrus with a lingering aftertaste, this classic "Golden Ale" has a good level of bitterness and flavour to balance the gravity.

A cider produced using 70% Rubens apples and 30% Bramley apples. All fruit is hand-picked and Curious Apple is produced at our winery using Champagne yeast to preserve the light, fresh, crisp apple taste, delicious.
