Hampshire malted barley and cereal oats are blended with the Mosaic, Centennial and Azacca hops and then dry hopped with Simcoe. A properly refreshing New World beer for the summer months.

Part of our single-hop DIPA series. This time we used the freshest Freestyle Rakau we could our hands on, topped off with a healthy dose of Freestyle Hop Kief. Thick, creamy and bursting with Rakau. Vegan friendly.
Hazy IPA with El Dorado, Krush and Citra. A huge portion of unmalted grains has lent a super smooth texture and indulgent mouthfeel, with pops of sweet orange and a herbaceous edge from El Dorado. Citra YCH803 and Dynaboost amplify the stone fruit aspect and Krush is bold and ripe; a real treat. Sweet, peach and creamy. Brewed with a full load of hops straight outta Straya, Little Ripper is our ode to the punchy, sun-drenched IPAs of Down Under. Expect a proper smack of spicy mango, fresh pine, and a zesty grapefruit finish. Hops: Ella, Galaxy and Enigma. Vegan friendly.
Castanea combines Mosaic with Centennial. The aroma brings forth all the tropical goodness Mosaic employs. On the flavour, the Centennial adds clean lychee, grape and citrus to the mix to bring forth a true medley of fruits. London Fog softens the edges of this brew, and bundles in some tasty stone fruit esters to boot.
West Coast IPA with Krush, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe. Krush T90 gives bold citrus, amplified by a late addition of HyperBoost, Simcoe leans true-to-style with that beloved bitter tang and Nelson Sauvin brings a hint of pressed gooseberry. A base of lager malt and continuous hot-side hopping has yielded an expressive, modern take on the WCIPA. Bright, bold and bone dry.
