Hells is the lovechild of our two favourite German beer styles - Helles and Pilsner. Clean, crisp and dry, it’s the beer we always wanted to drink and the reason we started our brewery. We hope you agree.
Reveller is a celebration of Somerset! The generous apple aroma draws you into a crisp, refreshing cider with a tangy note of freshly squeezed lime in the finish. The gentle sparkle enhances the flavours giving a light, moreish cider – less bubbles means more apples.
Cracklin’ Rosie is a 4.5% perry – made from 100% pressed pear juice. It is a medium perry and the taste is fine and delicate – it is light in colour with a very slight green hue.
Matured in ex-Glen Moray (previously Glenglassaugh Distillery) whisky casks this is a dry and subtle cider. Infused with mellow, vanilla oak of the cask. A refreshing, complex drink to be savoured.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
This isn’t your average bitter - the hops do more to this deep amber coloured beer than just provide bite. Any old hop can do that! We’ve selected some of the most aromatic and tangy hops from the other side of the pond to give this red a fresh hit that complements the caramel flavours of the malts that gives this beer its colour.
Multi-award-winning pale ale packed with American hops. Intensely refreshing, with citrus aroma and balanced bitterness.
A stronger, slightly fuller-bodied version of our immensely popular Yorkshire Blonde. Low in bitterness, slightly sweet on the palate and with a delicate floral hop aroma resulting from a generous addition of American Mount Hood hops late in the boil.
