A full bodied IPA with a malty back bone with a large dose of Azacca in the dry hop which leads to a good punch of mango and pineapple on the nose leading to a nice fruity flavour.

We love Christmas here at Elusive and so do our Friends Andrew and Luke who host the fantastic Rhythm and Brews Podcast! When they asked us to brew a beer to mark the festive season, we jumped at the chance and started planning something chocolatey and orangey.
Gentle and balanced, Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and is gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang.

Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops pair perfectly with the zingy character of our mixed fermentation base beer, creating a light and crushable, vegan friendly sour rounded off with lingering sweetness.

Continuing our exploration into hazy, juicy, fruit forward IPA’s. Cosmos brings together soft, smooth bitterness. Full, thick body and ripe mango and citrus fruit into a sumptuous combo. Hops used are Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic.

Amber cider lightly oaked with vanilla, kiwi fruit and caramel notes. Great with stilton and desserts. Using Hampshire and Sussex dessert apples together with bittersweets from the West Country. The Jonagold and Bramley cider provide the fruity and acidic balance and the Dabinett and Yarlington Mill cider the tannic length. The latter lightly oaked with American and French medium toast provide the smooth vanilla and caramel notes.
Cherry juice and almonds mixed with delicious medium Sussex cider gives a very moreish sweet tasting craft cider.
