We teamed up with London's Anspach and Hobday and Hop Merchant Charles Faram to brew this Black IPA using exclusively British hops. Bramling Cross was used in the kettle followed by a dry hop of Jester and Godiva - newcomers from the Charles Faram Hop Development Programme. Expect a mahogany coloured beer with a gentle roastiness underpinning a flavour of blackcurrant and lychee with some grapefruit and citrus notes on the nose.

A remix of one of our favourite recipes, this hazy DDH IPA is all about a 25G/L dry hop of Azacca Cryo, Enigma and Nelson Sauvin bringing low bitterness and notes of sweet tropics.
El Segundo is a hazy New England-style session pale, brewed with a combo of Idaho, Amarillo and Centennial hops. Think soft fruitiness with an orange and citrus twist.
We gathered as much local rhubarb and strawberries that we could get our hands on to create this blade of a beer, sharp and fruity with a wicked bite. Loaded with fresh rhubarb and kettle soured to amplify the tartness, we have balanced the all round flavour profile by conditioning with fresh, juicy strawberries.
Super soft easy drinking Keller style Lager. Classic German hops Hallertau Mittelfruh and Perle coupled with Munich malts, give this beer light floral aromas with a touch of grass and spice. Light honey and bready notes from the malt give it a backbone and the all important crisp dry finish.

Amber cider lightly oaked with vanilla, kiwi fruit and caramel notes. Great with stilton and desserts. Using Hampshire and Sussex dessert apples together with bittersweets from the West Country. The Jonagold and Bramley cider provide the fruity and acidic balance and the Dabinett and Yarlington Mill cider the tannic length. The latter lightly oaked with American and French medium toast provide the smooth vanilla and caramel notes.
