Earlier this year, and by pure coincidence, we and Verdant selected identical lots of Mosaic and Simcoe (Coleman Farm, Oregon) and Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin (Mac Hops, NZ). Our half of the story is a big, hoppy monster of a DIPA designed to showcase the vibrancy of these specific lots. Verdant have crafted their own interpretation: 'The Doorway Effect'. Our second reincarnation of our popular session hazy pale. We use extra pale malts to let the hop character shine. Our favourite combo of those hops Citra, Amarillo and Azacca complement and accentuate the fruity characteristics. We use our own unique house yeast to further add to the overall flavour. Hazy IPA with YCH803 Citra, Nelson, Rakau and Motueka. As one of only three UK breweries chosen for the FWD Program in 2025, we're incredibly excited to use YCH803 Citra; a 100% essential hop oil extract, 200x more concentrated than T90 pellets.
