Crisp and refreshing this golden ale is a firm favourite. Very hoppy with citrus tones and a dry bitter finish.
Pale golden in colour with a delicate herbal and floral aromatics. Fruity and light bready malt flavours complement the medium-dry, refreshing finish. With low bitterness and great drinkability this is Critters take on session ale.
Our chums at Clapton Craft were on the hunt for a rich American IPA and chose our sleepy woods to brew it in. We took Citra, for it's unrelenting juicy and pithy overtures, and Simcoe, because of its firey pine and stone fruit flavours. An oat laden malt bill provides a hefty body, and fermentation on London Fog adds its own stone fruit esters and rounds off this delicious brew.
Ruby by colour Indian by nature! This dark Ruby ale is initially malty with a creamy head. We add plenty of hops in the copper to give a balanced bitterness and bags of flavour. We then dry hop using a special blend of English hops to leave the palate with a crisp taste sensation and perfect astringency leaving you longing for more.
Easy drinking ruby ale. Deep mahogany in colour with a strong malty backbone. Hints of toffee and caramel with a subtle fruity finish. House ale for Sawley Junction Micro Pub.
An incresingly dry, hoppy, bitter finish complements the spicy, citrus character of this full-flavoured and well balanced amber beer.
Our rotating dry hop New England pale. Same malt base, same hot side hops but the dry hop has been mysteriously swapped. Changeling Azacca features a 12g/L dry hop of ..... you guessed it Azacca offering aromas of tropical fruit and citrus.
A juicy IPA with Azacca, Citra, Galaxy and Simcoe on the exchanges. Vegan friendly.
Part of a new series showcasing some of our favourite hops of 2021. This edition uses Idaho 7 which is a varietal that positively bursts with tropical flavours a-plenty. This beer is pure and unadulterated pineapple juice - the only thing missing from it is a mini-parasol and sparkler to complete that holiday vibe. A laid back, super moreish pale, and a high point for this burgeoning range.
A New England Session Ale, perfect for summer! We generously dry hop with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops, creating a hugely aromatic and juicy fruit bomb. It drinks beautifully, with just a light bitterness to keep it balanced.
Pale but not insignificant. Inspired by the easy drinking beers of Munich. Refreshing and aromatic with character and drinkability.
Matured in ex-Glen Moray (previously Glenglassaugh Distillery) whisky casks this is a dry and subtle cider. Infused with mellow, vanilla oak of the cask. A refreshing, complex drink to be savoured.
Crisp apple cider blended with Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackcurrant. Perfect over ice on a freshly mowed lawn.
Smooth and sophisticated mango cider made with an ample portion of mango juice and Somerset cider.
If you are more of a traditional cider fan this is for you. We have left it uncarbonated so the full flavour of the apple comes through. Light, refreshing and easy drinking.
