Our modern take on a beautifully clean and refreshing pale amber bitter. Brewed with English hops, Fuggles and Goldings, with a light level of dry hopping. Expect soft fruit, a waft of malt and gentle citrus aromas to the nose with hints of citrus, orchard fruits and light white bread to the palate. A good balance between sweet and bitter with a soft bitterness to the back-note. Fined using vegan friendly BrauSol finings.
A variation on our Skew Bridge Bitter, using more Munich malt and c aramalt for a lighter, more caramely bitter. Simcoe and Columbus for bittering, Fuggles and Challenger for aroma. Vegan friendly.
