A single hopped pale using the fantastic hop Ernest which is a great British variety known for its bold flavour profile. The beer pours a light gold in colour and expresses bountiful aromas of apricot and tangerine, it's refreshing and full bodied with notes of lemon and a light, herbal spice on the palate.
This American Amber Ale has beautiful citrus and pine notes that come from our generous additions of Amarillo, Centennial and Chinook hops. It is smooth and velvety in the mouth with the toasted malts giving it a medium body with hints of roasted hazelnut, toffee and caramel malt flavours. Sequoia, a beautiful beer for all occasions!
