Having become accustomed to the unique characteristics of the Idaho 7 hop, we agreed those pink grapefruit, apricot, and mango notes are best served in an easygoing, smashable pale ale. With a gentle 25kg dry hop charge offset by a 10kg addition in the whirlpool, this beer has all the qualities of a juicy, hop forward beer, with those underlying earthy black tea and pine needle notes to keep it positively Polly's.
Brewed to be a great example of this classic British beer style. Deep red in colour, this ruby mild brings big fruit aromas full of gorgeous plum and blackcurrant.
