Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. Our hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.
Our first NEIPA, plenty of haze, lots of clean fruity notes and no bitterness this slips down deceptively easily. This is dry hopped with lots of El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic.
Hazy fruity IPA with soft tropical fruit aroma and taste, grapefruit and citrus with hints of lemon, orange and coconut. Easy drinking with pine, resin hop and hints of woody, spicy hop.
A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.
A sweet, floral and herbaceous blend of wild cider, fresh pear and elderflowers. A classic flavour combination!
Morland Old Golden Hen is brewed using the finest pale malts and the rare galaxy hop to give a light golden colour, subtle tropical fruit notes and a deliciously smooth finish.

The flagship beer is pale in colour with a subtle hint of grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. The wonderful hop bitterness is complemented by a balanced malt flavour. The beer has a long finish, which is moderately dry.
