A brown stout adapted from a classic London Brewery recipe dating back to 1812. Rich and full-bodied with layers of marmalade on toast. The Pale Export Brown malt adds a deep toasted character, balanced by gentle sweetness and warm citrus notes from English Goldings hops and yeast. Finishes smooth and drying with a subtle hop tingle. It is assuredly old fashioned in flavour, situated in a brown beer world we don’t inhabit anymore.

An exceptionally fruity blend of Dabinett and Browns apples (80/20 ratio). Luscious, easy-drinking, refreshing and perfectly balanced. The 2023 vintage gave us smooth and light bodied Dabinett that matches up perfectly with a small infusion of co-fermented Browns apples that provide fruity acidity. A muted aroma leads into a cider that zips across the palate with freshness and verve, bringing joy to the mouth.

A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.

Bartestree Squash is a native Herefordshire pear. Using a blend of two vintages has brought more complexity to the perry. The flavour is lightly acidic and gentle, and flavours of green herbs, lemon and lime. Eminently quaffable.
