A single orchard blend from our 'Strawberry Field' orchard. This is a combination of primarily Ellis Bitter, Ashton Bitter and Browns Apple. The aroma is gentle and inviting, whilst the flavours are creamy and vibrant. Browns gives you freshness, a little zing, tasty red apple, whilst the bittersweets balance out the drink, check the intensity, and help make this cider so tasty sip after sip after sip.

Layered, complex cider that features five different apple varieties selected from three different vintages. Our Grand Cuvee, this bold, characterful dry cider that has everything. An aromatic invitation of honeyed fruit, leading into a full bodies cider. Browns Apple and Sweet Coppin provide fresh fruit, gentle strawberry and lemon, and then Major adds an earthy, phenolic fullness. Capped off by a three year matured Ashton Bitter contributing a fine, structured finish.

A fruity, hazy medium cider that combines the old and new. The luxurious and endless tannins of our 2022 harvest Dabinett have been given time to smooth out and relax, and then reinvigorated by blending in an equal share of young, apple-y cider from 2023. Redstreak and Browns always combine to make something soft and juicy, with the Browns offering gentle red fruit acidity and the Somerset medium bodies tannins. A complete cider.

A combination of oak cask fermented Dabinett from 2021, blended together with a fruity medley of Somerset Redstreak, Major and Foxwhelp from 2023. The resultant cider is silky smooth but delivers glorious, unending richness on the finish.

A fine, juicy, full bodied, spicy and fruity dry cider that is a deep dive into the joys of fermented cider apples. Those apples in this case, two Somerset varieties - Yarlington Mill and the rarer Coates Jersey - wild fermented and then brought into ex wine barrels, matured for 18 months, to emerge as something really quite special.
