Single variety Bisquet from 2023. Bisquet is the workhorse of the UK's cider market: our second most widely grown apple, but one of our least known names. A soft bittersweet Bisquet produces exceptionally fruity ciders that have a touch of acidity with a gentle and accessible tannic structure. Notes of lime, hay, orange juice and more come together for a super tasty drink!

A cloudy, fruity and authentic perry. A labour of love, it evokes a true sense of our rural surroundings.

A single variety cider using Trembletts Bitter, an exceptional apple from our heritage orchard. This cider was pressed in 2020 and aged in stainless steel which allows the subtle soft tannins to be appreciated. Dry with minimal acidity and gentle astringency.

An exceptionally fruity blend of Dabinett and Browns apples (80/20 ratio). Luscious, easy-drinking, refreshing and perfectly balanced. The 2023 vintage gave us smooth and light bodied Dabinett that matches up perfectly with a small infusion of co-fermented Browns apples that provide fruity acidity. A muted aroma leads into a cider that zips across the palate with freshness and verve, bringing joy to the mouth.

A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
