With a helping hand from our pals at Drop Project Brewing we've created this North West Coast IPA. We used big hitting American hops such as Chinook, Centennial, Columbus, Cascade, Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe to make a beer that oozes citrus fruits whilst being backed up by resinous pine flavours and a healthy bitter finish.

A well-rounded pale ale. By controlling the temperature of the kettle and adding a generous amount of New Zealand Cascade (Taiheke) and Chinook we were able to achieve a delicate bitterness and a clean finish. You will get hop aromas of grapefruit and spice balanced off with sweet honey malt character.

The New World hops from NZ and US are added to a controlled whirlpool temperature to allow us to control the bitterness whilst extracting those pungent hop oils. This beer is a fragrant and well-balanced easy drinking pale ale.

With a helping hand from our pals at Chain House Brewing we've created a sour brewed session beer packed with strawberry, lime zest and conditioned on toasted coconut chips resulting in a beer that's full of juicy fruit, zingy tartness and a punch of coconut for good measure.

Working with two of Lancashire's trail blazing producers we have created this coffee infused milk stout. Atkinsons, artisan roasters have supplied the single origin San Francisco coffee from Brazil and Brades Farm who produce barista milk, bringing the lactose to this silky-smooth stout.
