Hyper fresh, hop focussed, session pale ale showcasing a variety of hop combinations. This version uses Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin.
A deeply satisfying dark mild crafted from a blend of 7 different malts. Complex and roasty with a gentle chocolate and toffee sweetness.
Light golden in colour, brewed with English Northdown late hops, in abundance, to give a delightful aromatic aroma, reminiscent of ales from the 1950s. A light malty taste bittered by English Progress hops to give a medium bitter well balanced beer. Massey's Golden Bitter was originally known as Gradely Bitter.
Pale ale using a chunky malt bill with added chit and wheat to bring great body and a smooth malty flavour. We filled this beer with Citra and Mosaic hops giving a nice dank fruity aroma and wonderful tropical flavours; with a nice lingering bitterness that makes it super refreshing. Extra pale in the glass with a great stable haze to it, stick it in the sunshine and watch it glow! Vegan friendly.
A classic unfined and unfiltered cellar beer made with Pilsner and Vienna malts for a sweet satisfying bready body with a lemony finish with a kiss of peppery spice.
Aiming hard for that signature surprising sessionability, we swapped out the usual suspects for some of the finest roasted wheat we could get or hands on, giving the usual rich bonfire toffee and we'll done toast vibes but with an added slight chewiness and good old head retention Like all good dark beers this little scamp fermented very aggressively, also a green flag of a healthy happy yeast culture. Giving a stout body with a surprising dry finish. Vegan friendly.
Russet cider blend, naturally sweetened with fresh apple juice, then spiced with cinnamon leaf. The cinnamon leaf has flavours akin to mixed spice, clove and, of course, cinnamon.
A light blend of David Sheppy's traditional Somerset cider and a touch of pure cloudy apple juice to produce a lightly sparkling medium sweet cider with a crisp and fruity flavour.
A full bodied stout with a well-balanced nutty flavour with a slight bitterness and a hint of treacle.
Based on the legend that is Stairway to Heaven, this is the latest in our feature single hop series. A strong pale beer with Citra giving notes of citrus and elderflower.
A fruitier version of Top Dog Stout. The addition of blackberry juice adds a subtle sweetness to our regular stout. Hops used are Challenger.
Who said low ABV beers should be low on flavour? Our new hazy US pale has been heavily dry hopped like a much bigger IPA. The aromas greeting you are bright and zesty, bursting with lime zest, tropical passion fruit, and a hint of fresh-cut pine. The palate is then treated to soft and juicy waves of ripe mango, tangy citrus, and a touch of berry sweetness served up on the pillowy haze. Finishes clean and crisp with light fruit back-notes. Vegan friendly.
A smooth drinking brown ale with a hoppy aftertaste and just a hint of roasted malt.
A hazy pale ale collaboration for International Women's Beer Day. Our charity partner, Women of Whitworth, receive a donation from sales. Vegan friendly.
A rich and complex malt bill is what drives this beer, giving notes of leather, coffee and bitter chocolate. We then decided to nitrogenate this beer to give a creamy smooth stout to rival Dublins most famous export. The pour and serve is essential to the success here and it visually should becomes a work of art when delivered. Mouthfeel is key with that beautiful cascading surge that settles into a very tight white foam & stark black body, rounding off the perfect pitch black pint of luxury. Vegan friendly.
You can't beat a clean and crisp Pilsner, 100% German Pilsner Malt, English hops and a slow maturation give an easy drinking and refreshing pint. A truly European beer!
