A beautiful copper-coloured beer, late and dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness. Brewed with the finest East Anglian Pale Ale malt barley, sourced locally to the brewery. We use Fuggles hops which we add late in the boil to preserve the herbal flavours of this traditional English hop. We add more Fuggles to each cask so that the flavour of the hops infuses into the beer.
Subtle woody and herbal aromas with gentle notes of blackcurrant and passionfruit. Smooth caramel and biscuit sweetness is balanced elegantly with a bold and bright bitterness to close. Collaboration with Beartown.
Golden, with a floral aroma and a full hoppy flavour that is balanced by a crisp dry maltiness and a rich finish. Hops: Brewers Gold and Cascade.
A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
