Columbus and Simcoe hops give a soft fruity aroma and character with grassy and earthy notes in this easy-drinking pale ale.
Pale and aromatic bitter with a citrus fruit aroma and hints of tangerine from the Crystal Hops.
Well balanced session bitter. Fine, rewarding taste with hints of chocolate with a fresh fruit and bitter taste.
Full bodied with notes of liquorice and chocolate. Classic stout at a session strength, you can drink all day long!
The showstopping Nelson Sauvin hops are well and truely centre stage in our new session IPA. Ultra pale and with more than a subtle haze, the 10kg of Nelson deliver deep peach and powerful mango aromas to the nose with big flavours of juicy grapefruit, crushed white grapes with soft passion fruit, ripe mango and a pithy bitter gooseberry finish to the palate.
An American amber ale, nutty and loaded with biscuit character but with some big, bold US hops on top.
As pale as a 100W light bulb but as juicy as an IPA. Sessionable, quenching and totally addictive. Biscuity malt base with a hint of sweetness all drenched in fruity/dank hops.
We wanted to give a real and truly Irish flavour to our stout that can only be created by craft brewing with locally sourced Irish malts. We use no less than 5 malt and wheat varieties to make our traditional dry Irish stout. This diverse malt combination is brought to life through our carefully managed mashing and boiling process. The fabulous flavours and aromas generated are offset by a number of select old style hop variety additions to create this truly complete Irish Stout.
A most delightful VERY pale ale single hopped with Czech Most hops. Strawberry and bubblegum aroma with grapefruit and pineapple citrus flavour.
