Brewed with a West Coast style in mind, this session IPA boasts more hops for bittering and aroma and some crystal malt to give that signature golden tone. Citrus and berries aroma to the nose with clean citrus grapefruit and lemon zest, soft blackcurrant and lychee flavours. A clean dry finish with good levels of bitterness but with a hint of sweetness. Hops: Jester and Lemondrop.

We wanted to give a real and truly Irish flavour to our stout that can only be created by craft brewing with locally sourced Irish malts. We use no less than 5 malt and wheat varieties to make our traditional dry Irish stout. This diverse malt combination is brought to life through our carefully managed mashing and boiling process. The fabulous flavours and aromas generated are offset by a number of select old style hop variety additions to create this truly complete Irish Stout.
