Beautifully hazy session double dry hopped pale ale like it's a big IPA. Tropical aromas with hints of berries to the nose meet big flavours of juicy lychee, soft blackberries and candied pineapple to the palate. Light back-notes of mango and lime with a clean bright finish.
Drinks much bigger than 4.3%. A robust and full-bodied stout with coffee roast bitterness and rich caramel notes. Seven different grains including oats create a complex malt body. This is balanced by good old English hops. This stout replaced Black Bishop in our core range.
Well balanced session bitter. Fine, rewarding taste with hints of chocolate with a fresh fruit and bitter taste.
Pale hoppy beer made with the new English hop Jester that provides grapefruit and tropical notes with a hint of blackcurrant.
Extra Fine Ale - A blend of US hops produce a clean, crisp and refreshing pale ale.
We wanted to give a real and truly Irish flavour to our stout that can only be created by craft brewing with locally sourced Irish malts. We use no less than 5 malt and wheat varieties to make our traditional dry Irish stout. This diverse malt combination is brought to life through our carefully managed mashing and boiling process. The fabulous flavours and aromas generated are offset by a number of select old style hop variety additions to create this truly complete Irish Stout.
As pale as a 100W light bulb but as juicy as an IPA. Sessionable, quenching and totally addictive. Biscuity malt base with a hint of sweetness all drenched in fruity/dank hops.
Full bodied, dark straw/amber sparkling cider. Matured in both oak and steel for a refined, full-bodied flavour. Oaky smokey flavour with subtle notes of leather. Made with 100% fresh apple juice.
A copper coloured Bitter given an international twist with an eclectic mix of new and old world hops that give the beer its distinctive lemony aroma and dry finish. Hops: Mosaic and Centennial.
This is a heady mix of quality New Zealand hops including one of our favourites, Nelson Sauvin giving citrus notes.
