A warm comforting take on this classic style, British hops, dark roasted malts with a delicious creamy balance.

Looks can be deceiving! This beer looks dark but tastes like an IPA. A mellow roasted maltiness followed by tropical fruitiness from the Jester and Harlequin hops. Loved by dark beer and IPA fans alike! Hops: Jester, Opus, Harlequin and Goldings.

A refreshing golden bitter brimming with character...not to mention citrus hops and fruit. Made with 100% Maris Otter malt, and brewed using a single variety hop...English Fuggles. A malty fresh vitality gives way to a full bittersweet finish...pure Gold!

Amber in colour, with a careful selection of traditionally malted barley and hops delivering a balanced, fruity, citrus flavour, and soft hoppy aftertaste.

A traditional copper colour with a noticeably bitter start. Brewed with locally grown Pilgrim and Progress hops. The late addition of the Progress hop provides an enjoyable finish with hints of spice.

A lager, dark in colour but light in body, with smooth notes of toasted bread, cocoa, and a touch of coffee. Crisp, clean, and easy-drinking.

This IPA has been brewed with an ABV of 0.5%, making it the perfect drink for those who don’t want to miss out on the taste but do want to miss out on the alcohol! Based on our Goram IPA recipe, an easy-to-drink and refreshing ale made with a punchy blend of English, US and New Zealand hops which balance stone fruit, citrus and bitter notes. With all the aroma, taste and flavour of a normal IPA but with none of the alcohol it’s the perfect beer for those looking for a non-alcoholic drink.

A deeper and more delicious nitro stout than you’ve tasted before. We brew it with 100% British-farmed ingredients and our process guarantees a silky smooth creaminess. Roasted coffee and dark chocolate notes come through from rich malts, followed by crisp, clean bitterness from Target and Goldings hops.

The original Hawkstone Lager. Bold, yet balanced, with a smooth body and top notes of light citrus complemented by a subtle, crisp bitterness and malty backbone. Setting the standard for a British Premium Lager.

A lager, traditionally made using the finest ingredients including; locally grown Pilot hops, our very own ale yeast, and Extra Pale Maris Otter barley. A clean and refreshing pint - take just one sip and you'll know it's the best lager by a county mile!

A sensational single variety Dabinett from the cool, rainy 2023 season. The vintage is a more mellow, tropical take on Dabinett than hotter years. The cider is soft and juicy, with gentle flavour and a very drinkable quality. Still recognisably Dabinett with good tannic structure, but more like apricot than bitter orange fruit character. Delicious!

A sweet cider made from Stoke Red apples, well bodied and with a good flavour. The cider produced from this apple takes a long time to ferment, which makes the cider late to mature. The apple, as you might guess from its name is a strong red colour with a slight tint of yellow.

A crisp medium Herefordshire cider. Delicately balanced to produce a stunning traditional cider.

This is on the medium end of the dry cider spectrum and is distinctively (and variably) hazy rather than filtered to clarity. We feel that keeps it closer to the apple than commercially produced draught ciders. It’s a revival of the traditional style of cider we used to enjoy prior to the development of today’s national brands. It’s gently sparkling rather than gassy because we believe that makes it easier to drink and lets you taste the superb apple flavour.

Made from all English apples, pressed locally and conditioned in oak vats, producing a wonderful medium dry, strong, golden cider of superb quality. Golden straw in the glass, our cider is fresh and fruity with a robust apple taste and a slight bite to finish.

A smooth chestnut best bitter that's a favourite with traditional beer lovers. Brewed with six British malts for biscuity, caramel notes, and gently hopped for a subtle touch of blackcurrant. Hops: Pilgrim, Sovereign and Bramling Cross.

An exceptionally pale ale brewed using fresh, un-kilned, green Ernest hops from Instone Court. Gluten free.

A rich beer with a deep red colour, complex malty flavours and a strong bitter finish.

Our limited-edition copper ale boasts the distinctly smooth, full-body character, typical of the Three Tuns. With a mild, malty sweetness, Charter features hints of toasted nut and a subtle hoppy background - an undeniably spirited ale to capture the charm of Bishop’s Castle. Brewed in small batches to celebrate the granting of our town's charter 450 years ago.

A rich porter but not too heavy, smooth chocolate malt and molasses for that perfect bitter sweet balance. Think treacly, chocolatey goodness in a glass - cosy, comforting, easy to enjoy. Hops: Phoenix and Bramling Cross.

Packed full of fruity New Zealand hops, including Nelson Sauvin. Aromas of tropical fruits give way to a unique grapefruit sharpness. Haka is a malty and smooth, full-flavoured, well-balanced pale ale.

Formerly known as Wye Valley Bitter, this amber-coloured wonder continues to be a cornerstone of our real ale range, and is a mouth-watering example of a cask-conditioned beer. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Target and Goldings hops, it has a delicate hoppy aroma leading on to a full malty flavour and ending in a crisp, clean bitter finish.

Session IPA, packed to the brim with flavour. A simple clean malt bill with Maris Otter and Oats for that lovely mouthfeel. Packed with Mosaic and Citra hops. Expect notes of tropical citrus and stone-fruits.

An Irish Stout like no other, a recipe perfected throughout the years at the Porterhouse Brewery. This gently flavoured Stout has a roast malt character, a slightly bitter twist with a full bodied aromatic flavour thanks to the Goldings hops.

Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic: a trio of hops that combine to beautiful effect. Our carefully selected blend creates a kaleidoscope of bright citrus and vibrant fruit flavours, balanced with gentle, clean bitterness. Harmonious, refreshing, and very drinkable.

A rich, red medium cider. Smooth and rich with a spirit aroma and taste that resonates with the taste buds.
