A refreshing golden bitter brimming with character...not to mention citrus hops and fruit. Made with 100% Maris Otter malt, and brewed using a single variety hop...English Fuggles. A malty fresh vitality gives way to a full bittersweet finish...pure Gold!
A hazy West Coast IPA… and it's a quacker! Packed with juicy peach and citrus zest, smoothed out with a hazy body and finished with a crisp pine snap. Bright, bold, and brewed with mischief in mind. Hops: Cluster, Nectaron and Simcoe. Vegan friendly.

This IPA has been brewed with an ABV of 0.5%, making it the perfect drink for those who don’t want to miss out on the taste but do want to miss out on the alcohol! Based on our Goram IPA recipe, an easy-to-drink and refreshing ale made with a punchy blend of English, US and New Zealand hops which balance stone fruit, citrus and bitter notes. With all the aroma, taste and flavour of a normal IPA but with none of the alcohol it’s the perfect beer for those looking for a non-alcoholic drink.

A lager, traditionally made using the finest ingredients including; locally grown Pilot hops, our very own ale yeast, and Extra Pale Maris Otter barley. A clean and refreshing pint - take just one sip and you'll know it's the best lager by a county mile!
A 2023 blend of Bisquet - a classic bittersweet apple - with Adam's Pearmain, Newton Wonder and Ashmead's Kernel - three delicious dessert apples - co-fermented and matured for 18 months. The resultant cider is glorious; the dessert apples wrap around the bittersweet flavours like a velvet glove. Their silky texture, delicate floral notes are a complement to Bisquet's easy going profile; with flavours of fresh hay, overripe kiwi, and a gentle finish. Seriously moreish.

A vibrant medium dry cider that is crisp and rounded. A true celebration of all things British.
A medium perry made from Herefordshire pears.
This is on the medium end of the dry cider spectrum and is distinctively (and variably) hazy rather than filtered to clarity. We feel that keeps it closer to the apple than commercially produced draught ciders. It’s a revival of the traditional style of cider we used to enjoy prior to the development of today’s national brands. It’s gently sparkling rather than gassy because we believe that makes it easier to drink and lets you taste the superb apple flavour.
Made from all English apples, pressed locally and conditioned in oak vats, producing a wonderful medium dry, strong, golden cider of superb quality. Golden straw in the glass, our cider is fresh and fruity with a robust apple taste and a slight bite to finish.
This pale ale is brewed with specially selected British hops (Bramling Cross for bittering, Jester and UK Cascade for aroma) to create a well-rounded citrus profile. The beer is also characterised by a subtle sweet and floral aroma to the finish.
Made using two local Herefordshire hops First Gold and Fuggles. It is a golden bitter with a malt and hop combination that ensures it is well balanced with a honey and fruit finish.
By adding freshly picked elderflowers to a base of pale golden malts, this pale ale aims to capture the flavour of summer in a glass.
Delicate apple blossom on the nose, gorgeous lacing acidity on the palate wraps around the delicious tannins of Ellis Bitter like a velvet glove. Hinting at raspberry, but overflowing with classic Herefordshire cider flavours. Ellis and Browns are both bright red apples, hence the name!
