A quietly confident, extra light pale ale: bright, crisp and contemporary. This beer takes the heritage of clean and crisp light pale ales and combines it with a hop-forward modernity.

This Extra Pale Ale is a strong and robust golden beer. British malts create a light biscuity flavour whilst the blend of Target and Celeia hops produce a floral aroma with hints of citrus and cedar.

A traditional copper colour with a noticeably bitter start. Brewed with locally grown Pilgrim and Progress hops. The late addition of the Progress hop provides an enjoyable finish with hints of spice.

This IPA has been brewed with an ABV of 0.5%, making it the perfect drink for those who don’t want to miss out on the taste but do want to miss out on the alcohol! Based on our Goram IPA recipe, an easy-to-drink and refreshing ale made with a punchy blend of English, US and New Zealand hops which balance stone fruit, citrus and bitter notes. With all the aroma, taste and flavour of a normal IPA but with none of the alcohol it’s the perfect beer for those looking for a non-alcoholic drink.

All hail the harbour master. Triple-filtered, unpasteurised and unchartered. Our clean ultra-crisp triple-filtered lager is an homage to Bristol’s historic boatyard. Made with Perle, Saaz and Target hops for subtle hoppy notes, its unique character has earnt its name. A triumph by Brunel, a tribute by Butcombe, a lager worth spending time with.

A strong medium dry cider.

This is our sweet cider which is made from a blend of cider apples and sweetened by keeved cider. Keeving is a French method of producing very sweet juice and not many cider makers in the UK go to the trouble of doing this. It's what makes our sweet cider special.

A traditional, unsweetened single-varietal still cider. Somerset Redstreak is a tannic, bittersweet cider apple that has made a crisp, dry cider with enjoyable apple flavours and a mildly peppery finish. We hand-harvested the apples in the autumn of 2024, from our unsprayed orchard near Bridport in West Dorset.

Our still, medium unfiltered farmhouse style cider. Fermented using wild yeasts and matured for over a year.

A crisp medium Herefordshire cider. Delicately balanced to produce a stunning traditional cider.

Made from apples of a single year's harvest, all sourced from within 50 miles of our cider mill in Herefordshire. This draught cider is bright golden in colour, and slowly matured to ensure a rich and characterful aroma. A refreshing medium-dry, sparkling cider that is smooth and rounded in flavour.

This is on the medium end of the dry cider spectrum and is distinctively (and variably) hazy rather than filtered to clarity. We feel that keeps it closer to the apple than commercially produced draught ciders. It’s a revival of the traditional style of cider we used to enjoy prior to the development of today’s national brands. It’s gently sparkling rather than gassy because we believe that makes it easier to drink and lets you taste the superb apple flavour.

A beautiful golden ale brewed in the heart of Wivey with best quality British Maris Otter malt for a wonderfully characterful gold-coloured base, and supported by a carefully selected blend of six hop varieties to give delicate fresh herbal, citrus and floral aromas.

A hoppy, pale bitter. Lots of late hop leads to a clean, crisp finish. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

The use of pale malt to give a little colour - and a little malt taste - allied to the use of two complementary New Zealand hops, Waimea and Pacific Gem, gives this beer its particular attraction.

Session IPA hopped with Admiral, Centennial and Amarillo. Oats, wheat and moreish malts draw you in, then citrus notes of lime, orange, and lemongrass hold you captive.
