A perfectly balanced hybrid stout / ruby porter that even pale ale fans can enjoy. Lightly toasted German malts dance on top of the finest English Maris Otter barley malts to create this creamy and sweet dark ale. Carefully selected Goldings hops grown locally by Brook House Farm, Bromyard complete Black Knight with gentle and delicate honey aromas. Darkness is definitely your ally!

A light gold coloured beer this is lovingly crafted by our brewer. Mosaic hops are delicately blended with Maris Otter pale ale malt to give a beautifully balanced hoppy, refreshing beer with lingering mouth feel and long satisfying finish.

A traditional copper colour with a noticeably bitter start. Brewed with locally grown Pilgrim and Progress hops. The late addition of the Progress hop provides an enjoyable finish with hints of spice.

Amber in colour, with a careful selection of traditionally malted barley and hops delivering a balanced, fruity, citrus flavour, and soft hoppy aftertaste.

A refreshing golden bitter brimming with character...not to mention citrus hops and fruit. Made with 100% Maris Otter malt, and brewed using a single variety hop...English Fuggles. A malty fresh vitality gives way to a full bittersweet finish...pure Gold!

With all the aroma, taste and flavour of a normal IPA but with none of the alcohol it’s the perfect beer for those looking for a non-alcoholic drink.

A lager, traditionally made using the finest ingredients including; locally grown Pilot hops, our very own ale yeast, and Extra Pale Maris Otter barley. A clean and refreshing pint - take just one sip and you'll know it's the best lager by a county mile!

We found some Japanese Pears in Horam and while they didn't fill us with joy, blended with some Red Pippin, Dabinett and others this turned out really rather good. We've changed our mind about those pears. The inclusion of 20% cider fruit added real depth to this eastern counties style cider. Wild fermented, slow matured, unfiltered, unpasteurised, uncarbonated. Left for over a year this is well balanced, with a good mouth feel its just. really. good.

A medium still cider with a perfect balance of tannins, acidity and sweetness. This full bodied and smooth cider is made with a carefully selected blend of apples, all from Herefordshire orchards.

A crisp medium Herefordshire cider. Delicately balanced to produce a stunning traditional cider.

UFO stands for Unidentified Forgotten Orchard, this cider is made using apples collected from small and privately owned orchards across the Somerset levels. This blend comes from a single orchard on the outskirts of Baltonsborough and contains 3 varieties including Yarlington Mills and Stembridge Jersey, along with a 3rd unknown variety! This dry cider is a deep amber colour smooth and easy drinking with low tannins.

Made from apples of a single year's harvest, all sourced from within 50 miles of our cider mill in Herefordshire. This draught cider is bright golden in colour, and slowly matured to ensure a rich and characterful aroma. A refreshing medium-dry, sparkling cider that is smooth and rounded in flavour.

This is on the medium end of the dry cider spectrum and is distinctively (and variably) hazy rather than filtered to clarity. We feel that keeps it closer to the apple than commercially produced draught ciders. It’s a revival of the traditional style of cider we used to enjoy prior to the development of today’s national brands. It’s gently sparkling rather than gassy because we believe that makes it easier to drink and lets you taste the superb apple flavour.

Classic robust porter: black and creamy, with a heady mix of rich caramel and coffee. This is light on the hops in order to allow the malt to take charge.

This tailor-made porter takes rich, complex notes of chocolate, coffee and caramel then adds a dapper dash of blackcurrant.

A chestnut-coloured, biscuity, and malty bitter with notes of tropical fruit and molasses.

A classic American IPA. Boldly hoppy with a distinctly tropical aroma.

Light-bodied and sessionable tawny session bitter, with soft toffee and toasted malt flavours. A hint of citrus from Amarillo brightens the palate, balanced by a gentle Challenger bitterness.

Requested tasting notes from brewery.

A juicy tropical IPA has notes of pawpaw and pineapple. Loaded with Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Simcoe hops.

A smooth easy drinking stout with underlying liquorice notes. The dark stout is brewed with Maris Otter malting barley sourced through our network of local growers and hop varieties Fuggles, Progress and Columbus.

Our champion Mild has a smooth character and taste notes of chocolate malt, which gives this beer plenty of flavour and belies its strength.

This traditional strong farmhouse cider is made from a blend of Dabinett and Harry Masters Jersey cider apples. It is smooth and medium dry to the finish.
