A triple dry hopped IPA with plenty of wheat and oats to give a solid and silky backbone. Italy's Boot was aged on Italian bergamot peel and dry hopped with citra and simcoe cryohops. The nose is citrus, pine and tropical fruits with a clean and fresh pineapple and bergamot finish. The balanced bitterness lingers for a little while, but the fresh fruit bouquet is the longest lasting aspect, with a crisp and fresh finish. Collaboration with Polly's Brew.
A low alcohol, easy drinking pale ale hopped with Amarillo, Azacca & EXP431. Expect notes of oranges and stone fruits in this crisp, enjoyable beer.
