Pale premium beer balancing hints of sweetness and bitterness with full hop aroma. Pleasant grapefruit traces may be detected.
We've made something that will let the malt bill and hops shine. A sessionable, light, crisp beer with grapefruit and pine notes. Hops used were Centennial and Citra.
A session-strength IPA, crisp with an assertively dry bite and a fruity finish. Expect notes of passion fruit and a slight honeyed sweetness from the Pilsner malt. Fermented with a neutral US ale yeast which allows the hops to shine, Mosaic, Amarillo and Azacca lead the way in the hop attack.
This wonderfully refreshing pale session beer showcases the marvellous Mosaic hops from America. Bursting with tropical fruit flavours and a pleasant citrus bitterness. Just in case there wasn't enough in the initial brew, we have dry hopped with even more Mosaic for good measure!
A dry stout - roasty and round and hop forward. This version is brewed with Bramling Cross and Mosaic hops.
Gentle and balanced, Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and is gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang.
