A zingy blonde which combines some of our favourite hops. Late additions of Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere give gooseberry and grapefruit aromas, with combined use of Motueka and Harlequin result in a flavoursome bitterness and a zesty dry hoppy finish.

Brewed with the British hop Harlequin, from the Charles Faram Hop Development Program. This pale ale has tropical fruit flavours and aromas including passion fruit, peach and pineapple.

Our robust stout is labelled so due to its uncompromising approach to roasted malts. Bringing strong flavours of extra dark chocolate, intense espresso and a slight charred smokiness, this stout is then backed up by subtle toasted nuttiness and sticky treacle. This is joined by a small charge of English hop Phoenix, which brings low levels of bitterness, a little more chocolate and a touch of molasses.

Inspired by the Nectar Ale brewed by Kirkstall in 1920s and 1930s, this honey pale ale is fragrant and moreish, using honey to boost the nutty, biscuity character of its complex malt bill.
