A beautiful copper-coloured beer, late and dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness. Brewed with the finest East Anglian Pale Ale malt barley, sourced locally to the brewery. We use Fuggles hops which we add late in the boil to preserve the herbal flavours of this traditional English hop. We add more Fuggles to each cask so that the flavour of the hops infuses into the beer.

The first of our series to star all US hops; these three are our most used in the brewhouse, so Trip Hop #3 will likely feel somewhat familiar. Like our most loved beer White Rat, this brew includes Cascade and Amarillo, with the addition of Citra for big citrus tropical vibes.

We used Boadicea, Columbus and Styrian to create punchy grapefruit flavours and aromas of tropical fruits. These are backed up by wheat and pale ale malted barley which add spicy, biscuit flavours and slight touch of sweetness. The outcome is a wonderfully moreish IPA, packed full of flavour.
