Our most traditional core beer is inspired by a Manchester stalwart; a fondly-remembered original. Speciality malt gives the deep golden colour and robust base, balanced by crisp bitterness and a floral, lemony aroma. Vegan friendly.
A classic, strong stout brewed with seven different malts. Vegan friendly.
We all know West Coast is the best coast. We also know that Amarillo and Mosaic is a killer hop combo, so why try to reinvent the wheel when the classics deliver? We added some Olicana and Citra into the mix for top notes but you know what to expect here. Crisp, zippy and aromatic pale ale. Vegan friendly.

Our India Pale Ale is brewed with different hops in each batch so the flavour profile is ever changing and the ABV is usually between 6.5-7.5%. This version is hopped with HBC 1019 which presents as super tropical, with a fruit sweetness (coconut/banana) backed up with a vanilla tone, then round stone fruit and pine, and a citrus grapefruit finish.
Hazy IPA with YCH803 Citra, Nelson, Rakau and Motueka. As one of only three UK breweries chosen for the FWD Program in 2025, we're incredibly excited to use YCH803 Citra; a 100% essential hop oil extract, 200x more concentrated than T90 pellets. Expect stone fruit sweetness, bright citrus and hints of bursting fig. Collaboration with Yakima Chief. Vegan friendly.
Pucker up for a truly massive fruited sour! Inspired by the iconic Hawaiian P.O.G. juice, this beer is an unapologetic celebration of tropical fruit. We've loaded in over a tonne of passion fruit, orange and guava to create a viscous, intensely flavoured, and smoothly sour sensation. Hops: Citra. Contains lactose.
Our Bavarian-style pils, brewed with German hops, malt and yeast to be as true to this classic style as possible. It’s late-hopped with the fantastic Spalter Select, renowned for its spicy and earthy flavours with hints of citrus. Bayern undergoes a long conditioning time, resulting in a beautifully crisp beer with a refreshing bitterness in the finish. Hops: Spalter Select and Hallertauer Tradition. Vegan friendly.
This is the first vintage cider crafted at Wolds Wine Estate. Fermented with wild yeast and developed using wine making techniques. This vintage was made with estate apples and pears with predominantly Nottinghamshire varieties. This has made a tangy, zingy acid driven dry cider with a moreish aftertaste. This is a real cider. No concentrates, sweeteners or flavourings. Pure fruit in a glass.
A fresh, juicy perry with hints of peach and honeysuckle. Fruit, crisp, zesty!
Slightly hazy, medium-dry award-winning cyder. Named after a dog's squeaky toy which was found in the orchard while picking the apples, and hung on one of the apple trees. Ever since then, the Rubber Chicken cyder has been made from the fruit from that orchard.
Suzie Wong, named after the farm cat, is a delicious easy-drinking medium-sweet still cider from a blend of apples selected to give a balance of acidity and tannin sweetened with natural sugar.
