We've gone for a twist on a classic style with this release in our British ingredients showcase. A cask exclusive Best Bitter that pours a lush copper colour, featuring a complex blend of eight different malts with a sprinkle of Fuggles and UK Cascade hops. The result is a sessionable and satisfying Bitter with layered flavours of biscuit, dark fruits, and nutty trail mix. Vegan friendly.

Our India Pale Ale is brewed with different hops in each batch so the flavour profile is ever changing and the ABV is usually between 6.5-7.5%. This version is hopped with HBC 1019 which presents as super tropical, with a fruit sweetness (coconut/banana) backed up with a vanilla tone, then round stone fruit and pine, and a citrus grapefruit finish.
Pucker up for a truly massive fruited sour! Inspired by the iconic Hawaiian P.O.G. juice, this beer is an unapologetic celebration of tropical fruit. Our Bavarian-style pils, brewed with German hops, malt and yeast to be as true to this classic style as possible. It’s late-hopped with the fantastic Spalter Select, renowned for its spicy and earthy flavours with hints of citrus. This is the first vintage cider crafted at Wolds Wine Estate. Fermented with wild yeast and developed using wine making techniques. This vintage was made with estate apples and pears with predominantly Nottinghamshire varieties. This has made a tangy, zingy acid driven dry cider with a moreish aftertaste. This is a real cider. No concentrates, sweeteners or flavourings. Pure fruit in a glass.

A refreshing, sessionable, hazy pale ale to be shared, which shows our love for hops and the pursuit of pale perfection. With a simple malt base and hopped generously with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra it bursts forth with resinous notes of sticky mandarin, grapefruit. It finishes crisp and clean with a soft, pithy bitterness.
