Scottish double oatmeal stout brewed with two types of oats which make up over one quarter of the malt bill for this beer. Locally sourced Gloagburn farm rolled oats grown 22 miles from the brewery, and Golden Naked oats from Simpsons Malt, which are lightly caramelised providing a nutty creamy character. The combination of these with additions of chocolate malts and roasted barley, provides a beer with a silky mouthfeel, mellow chocolate and coffee notes.
Imagine the aromas of freshly made pancakes with layers of vibrant blueberries and sweet vanilla, topped off with crumbled cookies. This rich, sweet pastry sour is (double) stacked with flavour, and balanced tartness that’s juicy and creamy in equal measure. Vegan friendly.
Our Bavarian-style pils, brewed with German hops, malt and yeast to be as true to this classic style as possible. It’s late-hopped with the fantastic Spalter Select, renowned for its spicy and earthy flavours with hints of citrus. Bayern undergoes a long conditioning time, resulting in a beautifully crisp beer with a refreshing bitterness in the finish. Hops: Spalter Select and Hallertauer Tradition. Vegan friendly.
A dry cider made with mixed desert apples and Harry Master's Jersey Bittersweet apples with a wild yeast co-ferment.
Slightly hazy, medium-dry award-winning cyder. Named after a dog's squeaky toy which was found in the orchard while picking the apples, and hung on one of the apple trees. Ever since then, the Rubber Chicken cyder has been made from the fruit from that orchard.
Fine-tasting medium/dry Dorset perry made from 100% Thorn variety pears with nothing added. Unsweetened, still draught perry. Tiny batch. We harvested the pears by hand in the autumn of 2023 from our own unsprayed orchard. This fabulous perry pear variety has made a summery, light and fruity perry with notes reminiscent of lime and elderflower.
A traditional sweet cider, unfiltered and matured for a minimum of 6 months. A blend of bittersweet and bittersharp apples which makes a beautifully balanced cider with a slight acidity and sweetness followed by a smooth aftertaste.
Ernest hops give a fresh hoppy flavour and round bitterness to this session blonde ale.
Our first true triple hopped hazy New England IPA is a wild rumpus of tropical flavours! Liquid hop technology Spectrum Bru-1 leads the charge with big bursts of juicy pineapple and mango, while Galaxy adds a vibrant mix of peach and passionfruit. Belma hops bring a playful hint of strawberry, softening the bitterness further into a smooth, juicy finish. Drink it, and you might just be crowned king of all IPA things. Vegan friendly.
